Avoid using for a locksmith

Recently locked my keys in my car and called Platts because they were local. Waited 40 minutes, took the guy only a minute to unlock and was charged $79.50. Outrageous. I didn`t even pay that much in Madison.

Mom and kids traveling alone

I was recently traveling with 3 children down near the Wisconsin Dells area. My car seemed to be very shaky and, better safe than sorry, needed to get it checked out. I was very worried about getting ripped off so I asked the locals for recommendations and checked reviews online. I never like going to car repair places out of town but Platt`s was knowledgeable, reassuring and very friendly. Great service

Lost car keys in the dells water park. Called Platts service and immediately came to the rescue. Gave me and my car and ride to the clooset dealership. Waited there until they were able to help me make a new key. Thanks a lot for the help. Highly recommend.

AAA PLatt`s Garage is highly recommended by our family. Our daughter was stranded on the side of 94 just outside of the Dells and we called Platt`s. They came to get her, reassured her she was safe and had the needed part on the shelf. They had her back on the road in 90 minutes and did not overcharge us for the services. Thank you so much!

Platts was very helpful when my daughter`s car broke down 3 hours from home. They went right away, helped her, and reassured her that she was safe. They had the part instock and fixed the car in under 90 minutes, without over charging us. It was very reassuring to know there are companies like Platt`s that you can trust.
