EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I was referred to Blackstone Automotive from a long time family friend because I was having diagnsotic problems with my vehicle and a noise that no other technician could seem to figure out. I stopped in at the garage and the owner, Ray immediatley suggested we go on a test drive together to listen for noises that I had been complaining about. Ray immediatley diagnosed the noises in my vehicle by just listening (wow)... view more, I was impressed! Once we pulled back into the repair facility Jaime, the shop manager quoted me a very fair price on my vehicle right on the spot! Next I end up booking an appointment, about a week out because they were so busy (also impressive in today`s economy). I had my diagnostic repair taken care of as well as the rear stabilizer links & bushings replaced. I was exceptionally impressed because they diagnosed my vehicle and called me prior to repairing the vehicle to give me a price and get an okay from me to go ahead and perform the job (also thoroughly explained the disgnostic problem in Lamen`s Terms)! Before I knew it I had my diagnosstic repair performed and those noises were finally gone! I have to say I would never go to another garage. The employees and owner of Blackstone Automotive were fair, thorough in explaining repairs and very friendly! I would highly recommend Blackstone Automotive to friends, family as well as strangers! Also, I really liked the fact that Blackstone Automotive is a family owned local business that has been around since 1986!
