I was in the market for a White Pontiac Solstice and had frequented several local dealerships in my area Lumberton. One dealership in Red Springs had the car but it seemed to me they did not want to sell me the car even although I offered them the bottomline price. In my discouragement I went to the internet and saw that Everett Chevrolet In Hickory, NC (which was 3 hours from me) had the car in silver. I spoke wit... view moreh a very polite and super-friendly customer oriented young sales person, Dave Everett, Jr,. the Internet Sales Manager. I told him what my experience had been with the other dealerships and he told me he had the car. As a matter of fact, the car they had on line was cheaper than the one in Red Springs. Dave told me he could find me the car and while I was yet speaking with him on the phone he said, there is one close to him in Ashboro, NC and he could get it and deliver it to me. I was restored because I had searched and looked around and I was getting no where with the other dealerships. Nobody knew the facts about the clunker deal but this young man got me the car and brought it to me. He was the only one that had the facts on the clunker deal and the websites to point you to. In my 25+ year`s experience of purchasing new cars, this was my only experience of buying the car I wanted with no headach, 100% satisfaction, and feeling like I got a great deal, all because of Dave Everett, Jr. If you are in the market for a car, it does not matter where you live, he will find what you need and give you a good price.
