Manager was good about working...
Manager was good about working with my down payment and weekly pay. In the car, a taurus, for 2 months without problems. Car lot was small like the other reviewer said, but never had a problem with rudeness (but if I miss a few payments I bet they would be).

Worked With My Credit
The manager here was really nice about working with me on my down payment and my weekly payment. My credit isn`t good but he was willing to look at my steady job and listen to what happened to me. The lot is small but I like the taurus I bought and has been running well for the past two months.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Very unprofessional. I would never buy a vehicle from them under any circumstances. With so many reputable dealerships in Glen Burnie....take your business to someone who knows how to conduct a business!!

NASTY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They are very unprofessional, both to their customers and other business people (if they can even call themselves business people!) Never had someone so rude from the onset of a phone call before. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them under any circumstances. With so many reputable dealerships in the Glen Burnie area....why would you waste your time with them??

Nice selection and credit terms for a local dealer
Compared to alot of the other dealers in the area this one had a good selection for the size lot. While they gave me no problem with my (low) credit score, the manager would not come down on his price. Overall, the manager was far more friendly than alot of the other dealers I have gone to. Overall a good buying experience.

Ok place for starter vehicles
Nothing was really unique about this place. This place was not professional . They only have a few vehicles there. and only one that i liked. Not many to choose from. some of their vehicles should not have high prices like they do. I guess i will see how they treat me after i make i my choice.

Junk!!
I would definetly shop around before I but a car from Royal Auto.Not only are there cars good for like a year there customer service is horrible!!Only go to them if its a last resort..
