After many enjoyable years with my STi I have decided to move on. This 2004 STi has 52,375 miles on the chassis and makes 500 whp on pump gas. It can be daily driven and is well suited for track days or time trials. Interior and exterior were just detailed and the car has always been garaged. The clutch and flywheel are brand new. The built motor has less than 5,000 miles on it. Synthetic Mobile 1 since I bought the car new in 2004. The hubs have been upgraded to 2005 STi 5x114.3 units. Oversized front fenders and custom stretched rear fenders allow for fitment of 275+ wide tires. It sits on 17x10 ET35 fn01r-c wheels with OEM Brembos and rotors. Cold AC, full tint, Xenon headlights, MP3 head unit with 3.5mm input. Very sad to let this car go, but I don't drive her much anymore and she needs an owner that will use her for what she was made to do. This car is BUILT and READY to go fast. Thanks for your interest. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2004 STi with 53,375 miles and a clean Georgia title in hand
<6,000 miles on a new 2011 OEM EJ257 short block built by TopSpeed
Body 8/10 (Has a couple dings/scratches)
Interior 8/10 (small cut in one door card)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Engine: Is in great working order. TopSpeed did a compression check and installed fresh plugs <100 miles ago. No boost leaks. No exhaust leaks. No oil consumption or smoking.
I never tuned this setup on race gas, the motor and turbo should be good for 600 whp. The fuel system may only support upper 500s though. If a buyer gives a deposit I can arrange for race gas tune at TopSpeed.

The bad:
-Couple dings in the body but the paint overall is in great shape
- Small crack in the front right fender

Okay Toyota, make up your mind. Figure it out. Quit playing games with our heart. Either build a bunch of variations of the excellent GT86 (also known as the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ) or don't. At this point, we're just tired of the back and forth. After no shortage of denials, an Australian website is claiming that Toyota is reconsidering convertible, four-door, turbocharged and all-wheel-drive hybrid variants of the GT86. Kindly pass all the salt.
It's not that we don't want to believe the Aussies; we do. But when the story lists the same "sources in Japan" as a lot of the other denials and confirmations about GT86/BRZ/FR-S variants, well, there's a certain sense of the "Boy That Cried Wolf," here. Ignoring all that, then, what does Motoring.com.au claim to know?
Sources claim the GT86 Convertible will arrive in October 2014, while the turbocharged and hybrid sedans are slated for 2016.

Among tuners, the legions of Subaru fans are hard to top, displaying all the fanaticism of English soccer fans and a dedication to their vehicles that borders on obsessive. These are compliments, by the way. In the latest video from Drive, Matt Farah takes a look at a pair of very special Imprezas - early Impreza 2.5RS Coupes that have had some serious heart transplants.
The first, a traditional blue model, sports the 2.5-liter, turbocharged flat-four from the 2004 WRX STI, which is good for around 300 horsepower. The other Impreza is a bit more hardcore - the engine is a 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder from the JDM WRX STI, which we suppose makes it more of an Impreza 2.0RS Coupe. Besides the different engines, both cars represent the unique ideas and style of their owners.
The 10-minute video explores this, digging into why people tune, and how it's a reflection of their own personal driving style and character. Take a look below for another fun vid from the team at Drive.

We're not sure what got in the water supply of Subaru's Tokyo Motor Show team, but we like the results. After checking out the Cross Sport Design Concept, which we would love to see as a BRZ shooting brake, Subaru took the wraps off its Levorg Concept. Naming convention aside, the idea of a sport-tuned wagon with a boxer engine is music to our ears.
The design language fits in with recent Subaru products, and the Levorg's face is very similar to the 2015 WRX that was just unveiled across the Pacific Ocean at the LA Auto Show. In terms of its size, though, this concept is roughly the same as the current Outback, only it sits about five inches lower. Power comes from either of a pair of boxer engines: a fuel-efficient 1.6-liter or a 296-horsepower, 2.0-liter. Both engines would be paired to Subaru's Symmetrical all-wheel-drive system.
Subaru says that the Levorg is a thinly veiled version of the production sports tourer that will go on sale (likely in Japan and/or Europe) next spring. Could this mean we could soon see a sporty Legacy wagon in the US? We can only hope. More details about the Levorg are posted in the press release found below.
