You are bidding on a one owner 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI in WR Blue Pearl. The car has 22,000 miles on it, is completely stock and has never been in an accident. A short-throw shifter and fog lights were factory installed and the all-weather mats are included along with the stock carpet floor mats. Never been smoked in and never raced or abused. There are some small rock chips in the paint. The front bumper has a scrape on the bottom passenger side and a crack approx. 3 inches long. I had Continental ExtremeContact DWS Ultra-High Performance All-Season tires installed and this car handles like a dream in the snow or any weather condition. The tires have approximately 3000 miles on them and as seen in the picture, have plenty of tread life left. It has leather/alcantara seats and interior, 6 speed manual transmission, heated front seats, Bluetooth hands free radio, HID projector headlights, 18 inch wheels, USB port and auxiliary port for easy use iPods, etc. A down payment of $11,000 (for loan payoff) is required within 5 days after the auctions end. Subaru offers glimpse of Viziv 2 Geneva concept
Fri, 21 Feb 2014Subaru clearly sees something special in its Viziv crossover concept. After debuting it at last year's Geneva Motor Show and evolving it for the Tokyo Motor Show, the Japanese brand is bringing a Viziv 2 concept to this year's Geneva show on March 4. It also has a few other cards up its Swiss sleeve, too, as it has plans to display its new WRX STI road car and racecar for the Nürburgring 24 Hours this summer.
The third iteration of the Viziv gets reshaped boomerang headlights and new LED foglights, but that's all we know for the moment, because Subaru has only released a single teaser rendering along with a tantalizing claim that the showcar "signifies a future path" for the brand's next models.
The powertrain for the Viziv 2 is also still a secret. Both previous concepts used three-motor hybrid systems matched to continuously variable transmissions. In the first concept, primary power came from a diesel engine, while gasoline power was said to motivate the second evolution in Tokyo.
Consumer Reports sneaks in early review of 2015 Subaru Outback
Wed, 21 May 2014Subaru is taking a bit of a measured risk with its new generation of Legacy and Outback. While they ride on a slightly larger platform than before, with a revised front-end design, neither of them looks to be a radical departure from models they replace. Instead of focusing on exterior styling, the Japanese brand is trying to make the vehicles better to own with more sound deadening, improved fuel economy and more available tech. Pricing for the 2015 Outback isn't available yet, but with the 2015 Legacy pricing as a guide, it's likely a few hundred dollars more than the current model.
We just had our first stab at the new Legacy, which is slated to go on sale this summer, but Consumer Reports managed to snag an early look at the 2015 Outback in a sort of mini-review to get an idea of how the new model shakes out. Like many, we'd wager, CR isn't completely sold on the new styling, but seems otherwise moderately impressed by the upgrades. The improvements to the interior and infotainment system are especially well received by them. Naturally, though, CR notes that not everything is perfect with the high-riding wagon.

2014 Subaru WRX and STI pricing announced
Wed, 07 Aug 2013As the sun prepares to set on the third-generation Subaru WRX, Subaru has released the pricing for the 2014 WRX and WRX STI. With redesigned versions of both cars due out next year, prices for the current car have risen by just $200 across the entire 2014 lineup resulting in new starting MSRPs of $25,995 for the WRX and $34,495 for the more powerful WRX STI (*not including destination).
The destination charge has also crept up for the 2014 WRX and WRX STI models climbing slightly from $770 to $795. A final pricing adjustment for this bodystyle's send-off year is that the optional navigation system went from $1,000 in 2013 up to $1,100 for 2014.
