2007 4x4 Nissan Xterra S Sport Utility 4-door 4.0l on 2040-cars
Oldfort, Tennessee, United States
This 2007 4x4 Nissan Xterra has some dings and scratches from normal driving. Nothing major at all. We've been running Castrol high mileage synthetic motor oil since we've had it. Car runs like a champ and very powerful! Mostly highway mile from 2 hour commute to work. Vehicle has aftermarket DVD, CD player with Bluetooth and Polk audio speakers front and back. We just added a after market hitch as well. Vehicle is very clean and ready to be driven for many more miles. The 4x4 is just that added touch to customize how you want. You can also buy the Stillen supercharger kits for this year model for direct bolt on. Very desirable vehicle that can be yours at the touch of a button. Don't miss your chance on a great Deal!

Demand for electric car rentals unplugged by range anxiety
Tue, 15 Oct 2013It's the hurdle that electric vehicles must clear to be launched into the mainstream: range anxiety. But this time it isn't prospective customers who worry about running out of juice, Bloomberg reports, but renters who return to car rental agencies before their lease is up and trade their EVs in for more traditional gasoline-powered autos and gas-electric hybrids.
"People are very keen to try [electric vehicles], but they will switch out of the contract part way through ... they think they can't get to a charging station," says Lee Broughton, head of sustainability at Enterprise. Enterprise customers who rent EVs reportedly trade them in 1.6 days into the rental period on average, which compares unfavorably to the six- to seven-day rental periods of traditional, fuel-burning automobiles.
Christopher Agnew, an analyst at MKM Holdings LLC, says that longer range would help rental customers' range anxiety, especially since they are usually renting vehicles in unfamiliar places.
Nissan GT-R drag races Swiss fighter jet
Thu, 09 May 2013Proving that speed is fun in any language, Nissan's German arm recently pitted a GT-R up against an ex-Swiss Air Force fighter jet, called the Hawker Hunter. Now the idea of a car-versus-plane drag race is nothing new, but this is the first time we can recall a GT-R being involved.
While this Nissan video is almost a month old, we're pretty sure you won't be disappointed by the action, which shows the two high-speed machines racing along the two-kilometer runway. We don't want to ruin the suspense, so scroll down for the latest matchup of sports car versus fighter jet.
Nissan gets new NA boss, lowered forecasts in management shakeup
Sat, 02 Nov 2013José Muñoz, a Nissan and Infiniti sales and marketing vice president, will replace Colin Dodge as Nissan's new North America chief, come Jan. 1, as part of a wide-ranging management shuffle, Automotive News reports. Dodge will remain on Nissan's board, be assigned to special projects and report directly to CEO Carlos Ghosn.
Nissan is working on reorganizing its global operations into six regions, each with a new chief: North America (Muñoz' territory), Latin America, Japan-Southeast Asia, China, Europe and Africa-India-Middle East. Currently Nissan divides the globe into three regions, the Americas, Europe-Africa-India-Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
Nissan also lowered its sales forecast from 5.3-million vehicles to 5.2 million for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2014. Last year, the company sold 4.914 million in the same period. In May, after Nissan's market share had fallen to 7.7 percent, Ghosn said he wants to double sales in the US by 2017 and increase its market share in the country to 10 percent.
