For sale 2004 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab XE pick up truck with long bed. Very nice condition. Shiny Paint.
3.3 liters V6 engine. Automatic transmission. 2 wheel drive. About 96,823 original miles. I drive it everyday so miles will go up a little. Really good on gas. Getting about 20 MPG in town. Good tires and really cold A/C. Options: Dark tinted windows, running boards, bed liner, alarm, single cd player with memory stick slot and auxiliary jack, flip down dvd player mounted mounted for rear passengers, towing package from U-haul, custom exhaust. Located in Lawton, Oklahoma. I bought it at the John Holt dealer in Chickasha, OK not too long ago so the truck was thoroughly checked by the mechanics at the dealership. Steering feels tight, suspension is quiet, brakes are great. Previous owner added a custom exhaust and it purrs really nice. I will add a video tomorrow of the engine running so you can hear it. I am the third owner. This truck came to Oklahoma from California so there are no rust issues. Selling it to upgrade for a new full size truck and don't want to trade it in. I still have a balance on the truck's loan so it will take a few days after you buy it to get the lien release from the lender. Once I have deposited your payment in my bank and it has cleared, I can do the payoff transaction immidiately. If you would like to see the truck in person just contact me for an appointment. My cell is listed below. No texts please. $200.00 non-refundable deposit due upon using the buy it now option. I have described the truck to the best of my ability. No warranties. Please come in person to see it, feel it and test drive it i advance. NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING ELSE BUT SELLING IT. $8,900 IS THE BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT, DON'T CONTACT ME. THANK YOU. MY CELLPHONE: 580-458-0558. SE HABLA ESPANOL Thank you for looking. Leo |

Nissan giving away Leaf-shaped air fresheners that smell like the future
Sat, 14 Dec 2013We had to check our calendar to make sure it didn't read April 1, but since it's not April Fool's Day, we have to assume that Nissan of Europe really has created a special air freshener scent to give away this Christmas. To create this original fragrance, Nissan looked to Dr. George Dodd, a master perfumer and aroma academy scientist who looks a tiny bit like Santa Claus (we seriously aren't making this stuff up).
Like a mad scientist, Dr. Dodd went to work blending chemicals and fragrances to design a smell that matches the Leaf's Earth-friendly, zero-emission attitude. Once the "scent of the future" is transformed into the lovely Santa-driving, Leaf-shaped air freshener you see above, Nissan of Europe will be giving one to its employees, Leaf customers and "select electric car fans." Sadly, EV - and scent - enthusiasts here in the US will be stuck with the tried-and-true pine tree air freshener.
We don't want to ruin exactly what Dodd finally came up with for the "scent of the future," but you can find out for yourselves in the video and press release posted below.
Are you the next Nissan Frontier?
Fri, 06 Jun 2014A reader of the Phillippine site Autoindustriya.com sent in what appear to be naked spy photos of the pickup that Nissan recently teased first in photo then in video. The shots, one taken from the front and one from the back, have been found on the Nissan Navara Club Thailand forum. The details in the two photos, one from the front and one from the back, match up with the details we can make out from the teaser video, lending credence to the idea that this is indeed the next Nissan Navara, which is essentially the Frontier in overseas markets. Nissan US has reportedly disavowed this as our next Frontier, though; the mysterious photo on Twitter was put there by Nissan Thailand, supposedly the location of these two trucks.
The only other detail submitted with the images is that there's a 2.5-liter turbodiesel under the hood putting out 187 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, running through either a seven-speed automatic transmission or a six-speed manual. The reveal is scheduled for June 11, which is when we should know a lot more about the Navara and how much it is or isn't indicative of what we'll get with the next Frontier, a vehicle we're still not expecting for some time.
YouTuber TJ Smith is your singing Lyft driver in Nissan Sentra ad
Fri, 11 Jul 2014Perhaps you've seen Nissan's latest commercial, promoting the Sentra. It's a fairly simple little spot, showing the compact's driver blaring Billy Idol's Mony Mony, singing along and encouraging other motorists to join in.
We'd have been fine had it been left at that. It's a simple commercial that shows the car with a catchy tune and smiling people. Nissan couldn't leave well enough alone, though, and has come back with this. Starring TJ Smith - the driver from the original ad and an apparent YouTube celebrity famous for the kind of thing shown in the original commercial - the new ad expands on the old, with more people, and more Mony Mony. This time round, Smith is serving as a driver for the Lyft service, who just happens to break into song with his fares in the car.
Scroll down for the full video. If you've no idea what we're talking about, we've also included the original commercial.
