HELLO FOLKS,

UP FOR AUCTION IS MY 24 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS 2008 NISSAN ALTIMA 2 DOOR COUPE THAT I PURCHASED FOR HER AROUND 3 YEARS AGO AND THIS ALTIMA HAS A CLEAR TEXAS TITLE THAT I DO HAVE TITLED IN MY NAME EVEN THOUGH I AM A CAR DEALER.  THIS HAS BEEN A GREAT AUTOMOBILE FOR HER AND I SEE NO REASON WHY THIS WILL NOT BE A GREAT ONE FOR YOU TOO!  WE HAVE HAD THE OIL CHANGED APPROXIMATELY EVERY 4000 MILES AND ALL OTHER MAINTENANCE AS NEEDED. WE HAVE JUST REPLACED ALL 4 TIRES NOT LONG AGO AND THIS CAR RUNS, DRIVES AND LOOKS GREAT. MY DAUGHTER IS A NON-SMOKER SO THE INTERIOR SMELLS CLEAN AND LOOKS VERY NICE. THE EXTERIOR HAS NORMAL WEAR FOR A CAR OF THIS MILEAGE WITH A FEW EXTRAS SUCH AS WHEN A CAR RUBBED UP AGAINST THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR TIRE AREA WHILE BACKING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT AS SHOWN IN ONE OF THE PICTURES RESULTING IN A FEW DENTS.  ALSO, FOR SOME REASON, THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT IS ON BUT THE TIRES ARE AT THE PROPER INFLATION, THIS LIGHT JUST STARTED DOING THIS AND I HAVE NOT HAD IT LOOKED AT YET, MIGHT JUST NEED TO BE RESET, DON'T KNOW. THE PASSENGERS FRONT FOG LIGHT COVER LENS IS BROKEN, I WILL TRY AND GET THIS REPLACED BUT PLEASE DO NOT HOLD ME TO THIS, BID AS IF IT STAYS BROKEN.

OVERALL, THIS IS A VERY NICE CAR AND YOU SHOULD LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.

WE ONLY HAVE ONE KEY FOB

WE DO HAVE THE OWNERS MANUALS

THIS CAR IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME!!!

I AM A CAR DEALER AND HAVE SOLD MANY CARS HERE ON EBAY, SO PLEASE READ MY FEEDBACKS AND BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!

PLEASE CALL ME AT (817) 715-3403 WITH ANY QUESTIONS.  EMAILS ARE OK, BUT I DO AND WILL ANSWER MY PHONE OR RETURN ALL CALLS PROMPTLY.

FLY IN IF YOU NEED TO (DALLAS / FORT WORTH - DFW AIRPORT) AND I WILL PICK YOU UP AND YOU CAN DRIVE THIS CAR HOME. IF YOU DO THIS, I WILL BUY THE FIRST TANK OF GAS FOR YOU!!!

GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING!!!

Infiniti brand will finally make its debut in Japan, but not the name

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

Nissan left the automotive media scratching its collective head when it announced that its Infiniti luxury brand would be renaming all of its vehicles, with cars wearing the Q designation and CUVs/SUVs wearing the QX badge. So the G Sedan became the Q50, and the G Coupe became the Q60. The QX56, meanwhile, became the QX80, and the FX crossover became the QX70. It is still thoroughly confusing nearly a year later.
Not content to confuse its US customers alone, Nissan will be fiddling with the name of one of its most revered Japanese-market models - the Skyline. Rebadged for the US as the Q50, and before that as the G Sedan/Coupe, the new Skyline will wear an Infiniti badge. What makes this truly confusing, though, is that the car won't be called the Infiniti Skyline, despite its badging. It won't even be called the Nissan Skyline, anymore. It's now just the Skyline. Apparently, Nissan thinks it can capitalize on the Skyline's link to the Japanese royal family (the Skyline was originally a product of Prince Motors, which provided vehicles for the Emperor and his family), by ditching any brand names and referring to it as its own model, according to Automotive News.
Now, confusion aside, there are things about Infiniti badging in Japan that make sense. Badging all the Nissans that eventually become Infinitis as Infinitis in the first place goes a long way to make the brand seem separate and distinct from its parent company. Speaking to AN, Infiniti's executive vice president of global product planning, Andy Palmer, puts it this way, "We have to treat Infiniti, if you will, in the same [way] that Volkswagen treats Audi. It's not a Nissan-plus. Infiniti has to stand head-to-head with any of those German competitors."

Asking price for Paul Walker's GT-R from Fast & Furious nearly triples [w/video]

Tue, 17 Dec 2013

The German owner of the only Nissan Skyline GT-R to survive filming Fast & Furious (a.k.a., The Fast and the Furious 4) has put his car up for sale following the death of Paul Walker, Yahoo Autos reports. The original sale price was reportedly an already hefty 300,000 euros ($412,110), but it has since been raised to 1,000,000 euros ($1.37 million).
Despite many well-intentioned efforts, the Skyline GT-R was (and still is) illegal to import for street use in the US, so this R34-generation GT-R and seven others were shipped here without engines and classified as kit cars to sidestep federal law. Once here, the engines were installed, and seven street-legal GT-Rs proceeded to be destroyed during the filming of F&F. But one car, the "hero" car for sale here, was driven by Walker in non-violent scenes and thus is the only GT-R that survived filming.
Then, in July 2009, the federal government cracked down on importers of these cars, seizing almost 50 GT-Rs, including this one, telling owners to export them or risk having them destroyed. The hero GT-R was therefore exported, and its whereabouts have been unknown until recently, when the current German owner allowed it to be featured in a review (watch the German-language video below). You can see the online ad (also German) of the heavily modified GT-R here, where it sits proudly with its sky-high price tag.

2015 Nissan GT-R Nismo gets official

Tue, 19 Nov 2013

Behold the 2014 Nissan GT-R as dressed by Nismo and inspired by the GT3-spec race car that competed in this year's Nürburgring 24-hour race. Called the "ultimate iteration of Nissan's GT-R supercar," power goes up by 55 horsepower to 600 hp with updates like high-flow, large diameter turbos, and torque is "over 480 pound-feet," which means it's risen by at least 35 lb-ft.
Helping to keep it right-way up and pointed in the right direction are a race-tuned suspension with a larger, hollow anti-roll bar, custom Bilstein DampTronic dampers and the use of high-rigidity bolts. Outside, a new aero package from the wider front carbon bumper to the carbon rear spoiler above a longer, tapered rear bumper creates an additional 220 pounds of downforce at 186 miles per hour compared to the standard GT-R. Rumors of a 'Ring time of 7:08 abound, we'll get the truth - and we assume some video - very soon.
The bodyshell construction uses adhesive to improve rigidity, and behind those windows are carbon fiber Recaro buckets - in Europe and Japan, at least - and an Alcantara-wrapped wheel. It goes on sale next year, but you can get to know more about it right now in the press release below.
