  • Navigation!

  • ICE COLD A/C!

  • Runs, looks and operates like absolute new!

  • EVERYTHING WORKS!!!

  • NO RESERVE! HIGHEST BIDDER OWNS IT!!

Up for grabs is this almost new 2013 Nissan Altima SV that was bought after being declared a recent fresh water storm victim. I personally bought this vehicle directly from the insurance company and must tell you this vehicle is basically brand new with only 36,523 on the odometer. It starts up and runs excellent. I have driven it all weekend and it drives great. All the interior electronics work perfectly including the factory Navigation. No warning lights, no check engine lights!  By looking at this vehicle I still don’t understand why the insurance company branded it a flood vehicle. Inspecting it closely all I can see is very light water got into vehicle. The body is literally in like new condition. Look at the pictures it would be hard to find a nicer one!  The odometer reads 36,523 but the title is stamped not actual mileage due to the insurance company never trying to start the vehicle. The vehicle is sold with a 907a New York Salvage certificate. So before bidding I suggest you contact your local motor vehicle department and ask about registration and inspection. The Nissan is being sold completely “AS IS”…This auction is set with no reserve!!! The highest bidder will drive this car home! So what are you waiting for, check out my perfect feedback and bid with complete confidence. If you have any questions feel free to call me @ 860-883-8597. Thanks and good luck!

WARNING: THIS VEHICLE IS A VICTIM OF A FRESH WATER STORM. IT DOES RUN AND DRIVE EXCELLENT. I can’t saying anything negative about it.   IT MAY NEED WORK IN THE FUTURE BUT IS GOING TO BE EXCELLENT VALUE! SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! SOLD COMPLETELY “AS IS”. IT IS BEING SOLD WITH A NEW YORK 907A SALVAGE CERTIFICATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE VEHICLE THROUGH YOUR OWN STATE INSPECTION. THIS VEHICLE IS CONSIDERED UNFIT FOR THE ROAD UNTIL INSPECTED.. WE WILL SIMPLY RE-ASSIGN THE CERTIFICATE TO YOU AND THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REGISTERATION IS YOURS..

Payment options:  A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Balance to be paid within 7 days via certified funds. A $349.00 dealer conveyance fee is attached to the final price, this includes an oil change and visual vehicle inspection, paperwork preparation. Vehicle sold “AS IS”. I welcome any bidder or pre-bidder to come and personally inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. The winner of the auction is entering into a contract to purchase the vehicle.  Any vehicle sold with a salvage certificate is deemed unfit for the highway so the vehicle needs to be towed by you or a transport company home. I CAN NOT issue a temporary tag due to Connecticut Law. All we ask is you have the funds to back your bids. No excuses! No exceptions!

Nissan Juke facelift teased before Geneva

Tue, 25 Feb 2014

Nissan's funky Juke mini-CUV is set to get a refresh at next week's Geneva Motor Show. If you're thinking that the Japanese automaker will take the opportunity to scale-back some of the crossover's polarizing exterior, think again: Nissan claims the new vehicle will feature an "even more striking design." And with stronger-than-expected sales worldwide for the model, we don't see the company's designers capitulating with a meek-faced mid-life update.
For now, the only look we have of this "striking design" is the teaser image shown up top (go ahead and click on it for a closer look). Nissan is also promising improvements in efficiency and refinement, although what that means for the Juke's fun-to-drive character is unclear.
Because we live in an age dominated by social media, the new Juke will perform a slow striptease on a variety of social networks, according to Nissan. It won't be a full reveal, but there should be some clues as to what the CUV's overall look will evolve into, before it's shown in all its glory in Geneva.

Cadillac ELR, Nissan Resonance and Ford Atlas win Eyes on Design awards

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

This year's annual Eyes on Design awards were presented at the end of press days for the Detroit Auto Show on Tuesday. Given out for the best production and concept car designs that debuted at the show, and voted on by an esteemed panel of actual car designers, this year's award for best production vehicle design went to the 2014 Cadillac ELR. The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, which was the show favorite among Autoblog editors, apparently did not impress the Eyes on Design judges enough with its all-new vent-festooned design.
The award for best concept design was actually split as a tie among the Nissan Resonance and Ford Atlas concepts. Last year's winners were the 2013 Ford Fusion and the Lexus LF-LC concept.
The Eyes on Design organization also presented a new honor this year called the Catalyst Award to Bob Lutz, former Vice Chairman of General Motors. Lutz is reported to have given a defense of design in his acceptance speech, arguing that advancements in quality across the industry as a whole have made good design a key differentiator for buyers.

Nissan announces 5-year/100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty for commercial vehicles

Thu, 19 Jun 2014

Nissan is a relative new-kid when it comes to the commercial van market in the US, with its commercial vehicles division only introducing the first NV vans in February 2011. But Nissan isn't letting its newcomer status keep it from challenging the established players in the segment. The company's latest shot over competitors' bows is announcing that, starting for the 2014 model year, its NV Cargo, NV Passenger and NV200 Compact Cargo vans carry a best-in-class, five-year/100,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. Their powertrain coverage also gets a 40,000-mile increase to five years/100,000 miles.
The new warranty is a huge leap over adversaries in the segment and should lure in some buyers looking for a longer term of coverage. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Ram ProMaster, Ford Transit and Transit Connect all carry a three-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. The Fords offer five years and 60,000 miles of powertrain coverage, while all of the others increase that to 100,000 miles. Until this announcement, Nissan had the standard thee years of coverage, as well.
The Japanese automaker is clearly hungry to grab a bigger piece of the commercial van pie. Its heavy-duty NV vans have a relatively small 5.3 percent market share in their segment as of May 2014, according to the company's figures, but the NV200 is doing better with a 19.4 percent share. The division as a whole is on the upswing, though, with sales up 88 percent so far in 2014. With just a few years under its belt, Nissan Commercial Vehicles seems unafraid to challenge the status quo in the segment. Let's see how buyers respond. Scroll down to read the full announcement about the new warranty.
