I planed to buy a car that I could drive it for at least 6 years with low fuel consumption and exempted from anual emmission test . Belive me, before buying this car I had very hard time to bare with fuel cost and at the emmission or inspection time I had to spend a lots of money to be able to pass them.  So I bought this car wich had 50K  ORIGINAL Miles on it and no emmission test required. At beginning there was an issue with engine, simply had it replaced with another rebuilt one, then serviced transmission and changed clutch, pressure plate, clutch master cylinder, all caliper hooses, brake rotors, starter, repared all calipers, replaced the whole exhust system, rear shocks and coil springs, brake pads. rocking pannel with galvanized sheet metal (no more ugly jack wholes), dash gages serviced with new bulbs, speedometer and autometer serviced and calibrated showing 8k (exact miles on this rebuilt motor) installed new HD CD,MP3sterio. Anyway, all gages work fine ecxept clock. Also radiator, heater core are serviced professioinally. floor of the car is rust free and under coated, so is trunk and the whole front of the car. Trunk and winshield seals are replaced. Car comes with original spare tire, floor and trunk mats. All parts changed are original OEM.Seats, door covers, locks and door handels are in excellent condition. It has good tires and runs smooth and you can count on it for years to come.I love it, but my situation requires me to let it go.I start the auction with a fraction of my cost and wish you good lock.

2014 Mercedes S-Class priced lower from $92,900*

Mon, 09 Sep 2013

The massively overhauled 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class will start at $92,900, not including a $925 destination fee, when it arrives at US dealers in October. That's a 2.8-percent drop over the 2013 S-Class, although Mercedes is fast to point out that a drop in price doesn't equate with a drop in equipment for the executive sedan.
Besides an extra 20 horsepower from the 4.6-liter, biturbocharged V8, the S550 sports a standard panoramic sunroof, keyless start, a rear-view camera and LED headlights, taillights and interior lights. Adding the German manufacturer's 4Matic all-wheel-drive system bumps the S550's price up to $95,900.
If the S550 doesn't quite cut the mustard, you can wait until November, at which point Mercedes will quite happily sell you the new S63 AMG 4Matic for $139,500. Power is also up on the S63, from a max of 563 ponies with an AMG Performance Package to 577 horsepower as standard on the 2014 model.

Mercedes A45 AMG in downhill battle with slipstream skateboarder

Mon, 30 Sep 2013

We're told it takes "performance, control and expression" to pilot a longboard skateboard down a mountain road, and that those happen to be the same values embodied in the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG. That's how the two came to be combined in a black-and-white short film called Silver Slipstream.
There's no talking, no engine note and no color, just some music, a 'boarder and a car on a long cruise down the Franschhoek Pass in the Western Cape of South Africa." Despite that, it's actually a pretty entertaining video of the latest Mercedes-Benz hot hatch married with extreme sports. You can watch how it all goes down in the video below.

Missouri Mercedes dealer offering free Smart with every SLS AMG purchase

Wed, 05 Dec 2012

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT is an exquisite sports car that probably needs no help flying off dealer lots, even with a starting price of almost $200,000, but Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City has come up with an interesting incentive to sweeten the deal. For buyers who purchase a new SLS AMG from dealer stock before the end of the year, the dealership is throwing in a new Smart Fortwo from its inventory at no charge... with a required coupon no less.
In addition to being a great tactic to get a little free press, the spare car also makes sense as an alternative to the SLS, which measures more than 15-feet long - almost twice the length of a Fortwo - and has a 563-horsepower engine that sucks down gas at the rate of 13 miles per gallon in city driving (and even that's provided you don't give in to the devil on your shoulder). Plus, at the end of the day, this really isn't that big of an incentive. Being given a slow-selling $12,490 car for the purchase of a model starting at $199,500 represents about a six percent incentive, which is along the lines of a $1,900 rebate for a $30,000 car.
To get the free Smart, just visit the Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City Facebook page, redeem the coupon and then go buy yourself a new SLS AMG. Congratulations!
