This car is an estate item. This T Bird has been in our family for the last 25 years. Everything on this car is completely correct and original.  This car was purchased in California by my wifes parents. We are the second owners. They had the car stored in climate controlled storage while they lived in California both before and after the ground up restoration.

There have been about 3000 miles put on the car after the restoration mostly when they moved back to B.C. and drove it back.  It has been garage kept ever since.  If you are looking to own a perfect rare T Bird this is the car.

The car was entered into a Mini – Concourse show in 1991 pre restoration. The car took first place – 1961 – 63 and also has 2 seals on it Northern California Vintage Thunderbird Club of America 1958 Chapter 1966  As well as Bay Area Thunderbird owners Club   The car is mint no disapointments !!!!!

I can help arrange transportation.  Happy Bidding !!

Hear the 2015 Mustang GT V8 roar for the first time

Wed, 26 Jun 2013

Our combined knowledge of the 2015 Ford Mustang continues to deepen, as spy shooters have begun to compile video and audio of the upcoming sixth-generation car.
Case in point is this latest series of video clips, which not only gives us a great vantage point of the Mustang in motion, but also allows us to hear the Ford V8 engine and exhaust. After perusing the aural delights of this short video, which, admittedly, doesn't catch the Mustang GT at full song, we can at least say that the throaty exhaust isn't disappointing.
Chances are good that the 2015 Mustang GT will debut with some version of the current (and excellent) Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine, though we're unclear as to whether or not the motor has been massaged for its next-gen debut, or what may have been done to exhaust plumbing. At this point, we're just happy to hear the pony run. Scroll below to hear for yourself.

Plethora of 2015 Ford F-150 customs runs the gamut at SEMA

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

Of Ford's customized trucks, two feature the name of famous Ford racers.
Of all the OEMs making appearances at the 2014 SEMA show, Ford owns arguably the most significant group of vehicles, thanks to its new 2015 F-150 and Mustang. While you can look for our Mustang coverage soon, we've managed to sneak out and get snaps of some of a few of the F-150s on display at the company's sprawling, 20,000-square-foot display (look for even more aftermarket F-150 goodness in the coming days).

Ford Escort returns... as a concept

Sat, 20 Apr 2013

Ford is kickin' it old school at the Shanghai Motor Show for 2013 with a new Escort Concept - "a name that stirs up thoughts of basic, affordable transportation rather than great driving dynamics or bold design" as we said in our initial preview of the small C-segment sedan. Or, as Ford puts it, "Customers in China described seeking a vehicle that is stylish - but not one that is arrogant or pretentious." Potato, potahto...
It's an interesting amalgam of design notes with Ford's recent and stylish hexagonal grille up front, flanked by some pretty busy LED light clusters and chrome-trimmed air intakes at the lower extremities of the fascia, but the Escort Concept is not altogether unattractive. Besides its external appearance, we really don't have much information to report - Ford has not yet hinted at what may be powering this little machine, but we'd expect something with four cylinders and less that 2.0 liters of displacement sending a modest number of horses to the front tires.
It probably goes without saying, but we don't expect to see this Escort make its way to the United States, since we already have the Focus and the Fiesta battling it out in the econobox segment. That said, it's very likely to spawn a production model that will roll out here in China and in other developing market where multiple C-segment entries are becoming increasingly common. Check out our high-res image gallery of live images above, and let us know what you think of the car's styling, then scroll down below for the official press release.
