                                  1987 FORD Bronco II 4 x 2

I am selling this for my dad. It is not his daily driver. It had an on frame semi restoration done to it around 2010. Since then it hasn't been driven over 2500 miles. It use to be an Eddie Bauer, but is now painted black, with custom black and tan interior. The entire interior was taken out, paint and reinstalled with sound deadening pads glued in to the sheet metal inside. It has many new parts. It had a complete new AC system installed last year. It does have some rust coming back thru, please see the pictures in the listing.

NEW PARTS:

Black Base Coat Clear Coat Paint with White Side Stripe (Was professionally applied at the paint shop). Shocks, Steering Stabilizer, Newer Brakes done in 2008, Tires (Spare Tire is also new), Wheels (with NOS Ford lug nuts), All exterior lights are new and the tail lights are NOS Ford, Fog Lights, Extra Cooling Radiator, 180' Thermostat, Fresh Coolant, Fan and Fan Clutch, Plugs, Wires, Water Pump, Power Steering Pump, Fresh Power Steering Fluid, Fresh Transmission Fluid, Air Filter, Fuel Filter, Battery (2007), Emblems (NOS Ford), Mirrors (NOS Ford), Swing out arms and mirrors have been painted to match. Windshield Wipers, Alternator, Valve Cover Gaskets, Belts, Hoses, Fresh oil change with full synthetic oil. As mentioned earlier the AC system is new and was put in last year.

The seats have been re-upholstered and there are custom seat covers on top of the new upholstery. Also new parts of the interior are: Heavy duty vinyl floor, Kenwood radio with CD player, Polk speakers. New window tint on the front windows, although there are some scratches in the glass. All the weather stripping has been replace. Has new black dash pad installed and the lower part of the dash has been re-painted. The shifter has been taken apart, cleaned, re-painted and a new NOS Ford shift hand installed. Re-upholstered head liner. New Ford NOS interior door pulls. Re-painted door arm rests, they are practically new and not squishy. New door panels. Console out of an explorer, cleaned and painted with a Ford NOS tan console arm rest.

THE BAD:

It does have rust, it's mostly bubble up rust, there are no rusted thru areas, but it is there. The back hatch is hard to close, you have to really slam it with your hand on the left side to get it to close properly. Even with the new valve cover gaskets the driver side does sometimes leak.

AS IS, NO WARRENTY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WINNING BIDDER TO PAY $500 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF WINNING THE AUCTION. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, AND IF USING A CERTIFIED CHECK IT WILL BE HELD FOR 14 DAYS UNTIL IT CLEARS. PAYMENT IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAYS, AND MUST ARRANGE TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 FEEDBACK YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE BIDDING. PLEASE EMAIL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. THANK YOU.

2015 Ford Mustang 50th Anniversary Edition says 'happy birthday' in New York

Wed, 16 Apr 2014

Fifty years ago this week, Ford debuted the first-ever Mustang at the New York World's Fair. And to celebrate, the Blue Oval is offering up this special, 50th Anniversary Edition 2015 Mustang, which makes its debut at the New York Auto Show. It'll be a seriously limited affair, with only 1,964 examples of the special edition Mustang slated to be produced (the number chosen to coincide with the 'Stang's first year in production). But for those who raise their hands for the 50th Anniversary package, there's a pretty sweet package in store.
The 50th Anniversary Edition is based on the 2015 Mustang GT with the Performance Pack, and is only available in two colors: Kona Blue, or Wimbledon White (pictured). The car also comes fully loaded - the only option for buyers to choose is the transmission. Should you opt for the six-speed automatic, you'll get a limited-slip rear differential with a 3.55:1 final-drive ratio (the 50th Anniversary car is also the only way to get a slushbox-equipped 'Stang with the Performance Pack). Selecting the six-speed manual 'box will net you a Torsen differential with a 3.73:1 ratio. All 50th Anniversary cars will be powered by Ford's 5.0-liter, naturally aspirated V8, estimated to produce more than 420 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque in the 2015 Mustang.
Inside, there's a cashmere-stitched, leather-wrapped steering wheel, with a similar detail found on the instrument panel, shift boot, door inserts, seats, and center armrest. Two-tone leather/black upholstery is also part of the 50th Anniversary package, and of course, there's a special logo on the seats.

Saleen previews new 302 Mustang

Thu, 03 Jul 2014

The introduction of a new generation of a model like the Ford Mustang may be exciting enough in its own right for enthusiasts, but that's just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, because you know that Ford itself as well as numerous aftermarket tuners will soon follow up with even more desirable versions. And few Mustang tuners carry quite the same clout of Saleen.
Recently reunited after its previous split, Saleen is back on the map and hard at work on new aftermarket modifications for a wide array of muscle cars. We knew it would only be a matter of time before it would release a new 302 Mustang, and now it's sent out the first image to show us what to expect.
Details are scarce, but House that Steve Built says the 2015 Saleen 302 Mustang "is perfectly positioned as the next American exotic." And it should know, considering that it's the same outfit that produced the Saleen S7 that really was a true American exotic. From the teaser image above we can see that Saleen has given its Mustang a new front air dam, a very wide air scoop on the hood and of course Saleen's trademark slat grille.

Chip Foose tastefully enhances his personal Ford GT

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

Typically, we'd expect a vehicle from 2006 to fall well short of a more modern vehicle, both in terms of performance and style. Of course, the Ford GT is not your average offering from the Bush era. That's doubly true when the 2006 GT in question belongs to one Chip Foose.
Purchased by his wife as a 50th birthday present, Foose is showing his custom, personalized GT at the 2014 SEMA Show. The 5.4-liter supercharged V8 breathes a bit easier thanks to a full Magnaflow Performance exhaust, but Foose's GT isn't all about the performance.
Instead, the car customizer extraordinaire has focused on tasteful aesthetic enhancement, tweaking the rear end by removing the bumper and trimming the frame extensions. The wheels, meanwhile, are one-off aluminum alloys, designed by Foose himself. Like the stripes, the wheels feature orange accenting.
