VERY LOW MILEAGE for a 1994

It is our pleasure to present our impressive and beautiful Dodge Viper 1994 SRT/10 roadster. It has the V10 viper engine 8,0 Liters. The Dodge Viper was introduced in the early 1990s. It was a true supercar at an affordable price. 1994 was the first year for the Viper to be fitted with factory air conditioning. This example is black on grey. Generation I Dodge Vipers were produced from 1992 through 1995. When the Generation I Viper was introduced, it was all about performance. Tapping its 400 horsepower engine and solid drive train, it completed zero-to-sixty mph in 4.6 seconds, a quarter mile (402 m) in 12.6 seconds and had a maximum speed of 164 mph (264 km/h). Its large tires allowed the car to average close to 1 lateral g in corners, placing it among the elite cars of its day. However, the car proved tricky to drive at high speeds, particularly for the unskilled.

The car was spartan, although it featured manually adjustable seats. Along with the absence of exterior door handles make the doors profile nice and sleek. The vehicle has side clear plastic windows operated by zippers. They could be inserted into the door and hand-bolted when needed instead of regular windows. Such a feature places that supercar into the pure classic roadster style. Which is reminiscent of the classic “race cars” of the 50’s. The removable soft top is a plus as you can enjoy the ride of a convertible, if you wish, with the safety of the rear arch. The battery is located in the sealed compartment over the rear wheel well to increase rear-end weight and traction. The car shipped with a tonneau cover (the soft top is removable and folds to fit in the trunk).
It will bring all expectation you can have from that beautiful collector Viper. I am the third owner everything is original.  It is one of a kind in its sport car category. If you are looking for an investment, you got it. These Vipers will go up in price in the future, as they are unique and were manufactured in small quantities. The Viper roadster is definitely the definition of an aggressive unique sport car. It belongs to the high-end sport cars. Its lines are un-equivalently designed.

A PURE BEAUTY!!  IT FIRES UP RIGHT ON!!

28,564 miles for that beautiful Viper is definitely a low mileage.

 Simply UNIQUE !!!

How to turn a Dodge airport tug into a trail slayer

Sun, 16 Nov 2014

Sometimes, having a ton of fun requires takes a ton of work. Just nine days before the so-called Ultimate Adventure 2014, the folks behind 4-Wheel & Off-Road had 40 tasks to complete in order to turn the ratty truck pictured above into a machine that could excel on treacherous off-road trails while still being able to handle highway jaunts. Much of process behind the build was chronicled on the latest episode of Dirt Every Day.
The team's vehicle started life as a 1990 Dodge tug truck that spent part of its life hauling around airplanes. The builders hung on to the Cummins six-cylinder diesel, but they tossed out practically everything else for the project, with some seriously heavy-duty replacement parts for the transmission, transfer case, axles and a whole lot more. The process was certainly a ton of work, but the end result looks like a fantastic crawler.
Sure, it might have been easier to bring a truck that was already prepared, but where would the fun in that have been? Stay tuned until the end of the video for a few glimpses of the completed Dodge and peek at some of the punishment it goes through.

Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you

Thu, 21 Feb 2013

As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.

Chrysler minivans under investigation for stalling after fuel refill

Wed, 10 Sep 2014

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, at least one man has reported that his 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan stalled unexpectedly on the highway shortly after being refueled. The unidentified man who contacted NHTSA regarding the issue cited as many as eight similar instances reported by other drivers.
NHTSA has announced that it will launch an inquiry into this issue, which could affect as many as 160,000 minivans from Dodge and Chrysler that were sold in 2007 (or more, if a problem is found that extends to additional models years, we'd assume). As of yet, there's no formal investigation, let alone a recall, on these vans, as the agency is merely determining if further action is needed.
Two months ago, Chrysler recalled nearly 700,000 vehicles, the majority of which were minivans, from the 2008-2010 model years to replace ignition switches after an investigation found that their weak springs and detent positions could fool a driver into thinking the car was in the "Run" position, when it's actually in the "Accessory" position.
