You are bidding on a 1977 Dodge W10 power wagon club cab 4x4 4 speed powered by 318 v8. I'm not a mechanic but I will do my best to describe this truck to the best of my ability. Truck runs and drives good surprisingly the steering is tight and it's not all over the road. Engine is quiet no exhaust manifold leaks will need some work past mufflers but truck is not loud. I've noticed no oil leaks on ground where truck has been parked also doesn't smoke . Truck has A/C and compressor kicks on but air is not cold heat is not extremely hot either the switch that operates the blower motor has quit working and now a toggle switch below radio turns fan on high & low . I'm sure it could prob use a thermostat as gauge stays low. I would also recommend all fluid changes and some new hoses as some look old and brittle . Transfer case hi-Lo loc work without any problems or funny noises indicator light still works. All exterior /interior lights seem to work with exception of reverse lights ( might be bulb) blinkers do not cancel themselves you have to hold the lever. Has dual tanks and both work along with the gas gauge . Interior needs a little work seat needs recovered and jump seats in back need bolted back on frames and one is missing front legs Sun visors need work. Glass is good no cracks . Body is straight has a few small dents (see pictures) surface rust from thin paint and I've only seen one small hole on drivers front fender . Floors are solid and doors close tight and lock and unlock with ease. Weatherstripping could be replaced along with tires they are old 7.5x16. Tube tires. I would not trust the hoses or tires on this truck to drive across the country I would recommend you transport. If you need additional pictures or would like any more information please call me @ 575-534-9089 if you have zero feedback please contact me me before bidding . Auction can end any tine as I have the truck for sale locally

Chrysler recalling 49K Chargers for headlight components
Fri, 14 Mar 2014Chrysler has issued a recall for about 49,375 2011 and 2012 Dodge Chargers with halogen headlamps due to a problem with the lights. The automaker says that there could be an issue with the jumper harness and other related components.
The automaker says that 43,450 cars are affected in the US, 2,850 in Canada, 375 in Mexico and 2,700 outside of North America. The vehicles will have their headlight assemblies, including the jumper harnesses and bulbs, inspected and potentially replaced. Dodge says that its engineers investigated reports of that were similar to what was found when it recalled about 10,000 police Chargers in 2012 for overheating light components. There have been no injuries or accidents related to fault, according to Chrysler.
The automaker will be in contact with affected owners, and schedule the service. Naturally, any repairs will be free of charge. Scroll down for the company's full announcement.
Why the Charger Hellcat can't be ordered with a manual transmission
Sun, 16 Nov 2014Fans of truly irreverent amounts of horsepower will find lots to love in the form of the 2015 Dodge Challenger and Charger Hellcat models. Both of them send 707 ridiculous horsepower to the rear wheels; the only question is whether you want your absurdity delivered with two or four doors. Oh, and whether or not you want the option of a manual transmission.
If you prefer rowing your own gears, the choice is made for you; there is no manual gearbox option available on the Charger Hellcat, or any Charger model at all, for that matter. Wonder why? Well, besides the fact that almost nobody - sorry, clutch fans, but it's true - would choose to buy a Charger with a manual transmission, that is? The answer, according to an industry insider in a post written on Jalopnik's Opposite Lock forum, is the floorpan.
It's probably not a surprise to most of our readers that the Dodge Challenger and Charger share a large portion of their chassis structure, which is codenamed LX at Chrysler, but there are still some significant differences under the skin due to the shorter wheelbase and two-door coupe bodyshell of the Challenger, as opposed to the sedan shape of the Charger. One of the differences is the floorpan, the huge chunk of sheetmetal that makes up the floor of the car and props up such essential items as the car's seats.
Dodge and Jeep recalling 895k SUVs for possibility of headliner fires
Fri, 11 Jul 2014Dodge and Jeep are announcing recalls of a total of 895,000 Durango and Grand Cherokee models worldwide from the 2011 through 2014 model years. There's a possibility that the wiring in the sun visor can short circuit and cause a fire. It specifically affects vehicles built between January 5, 2010, and December 11, 2013, and there are approximately 651,000 of them in the US, 45,700 in Canada, 23,000 in Mexico and 175,000 outside of North America.
Screws that fasten the sunvisor to the headliner may pierce wires in the visor, if the part has been removed or serviced, potentially causing a fire risk. If the wires short circuit, they could overheat and potentially combust. The automakers report three injuries caused by this defect, and according to the investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, "there may be a total of 52 unique fire incidents."
To fix the problem, Dodge and Jeep will inspect the vehicles for suspect wiring, and all of the models, whether damaged or not, will get a new sun visor spacer with a wire guide to stop the possibility of short circuits. According to the automakers' announcement, "this condition is not present in vehicles which have not had the headliner or vanity mirror serviced." They will notify affected owners, and repairs will begin in August.
