Up for sale is a very reliable 2006 Silverado 2500HD with lots of life left in it. It is an LT with cloth interior. It has Bose Premium Sound with steering wheel controls, and dual climate control (digital). It has the very comfortable bucket seats with arm rests in the front with a center console, and a bench seat in the rear. This truck has very low miles for a 2006 and runs great. It has a custom tune from Black Bear Performance and a K&N cold air intake for better fuel economy. It has tinted windows all around. It has a 3" Lift/ Level Kit installed by a professional and rides on 295/65/20 (35") Nitto Terra Grapplers with 20" Moto Metal Wheels. The tires look practically brand new. The truck is in great cosmetic shape with only one ding on the bottom of the tailgate from a trailer hitch. It has Linex and a B&W Turnover ball gooseneck hitch installed in the bed. This is a 2 owner truck and I have owned for the last 43k miles.
I am asking $21999 OBO with a $500 non refundable deposit due immediately through PayPal and the remainder paid upon pickup in Faucett MO by cash or cashiers check (will meet at bank if paying with cashiers check). This truck is also listed locally so I reserve the right to end sale at any time. If you have any questions you can contact me through ebay or call me directly at 816-244-7720. I have perfect 100% feedback on here.
Dont miss out on this one. This is not a vehicle you will find everyday and it is a real eye catcher.

Steve McQueen's last movie car, now Pawn Stars-owned, up for auction [w/video]
Sun, 03 Feb 2013The last car Steve McQueen ever drove in a movie is officially up for auction. The 1951 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe Convertible you see above is now owned by none other than Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame, but once ferried McQueen around the set of his last film, 1980's The Hunter. That flick saw the Bullit star play a bumbling bounty hunter and didn't exactly set the box office on fire. McQueen bought the car after production wrapped, and four years later it sold at his estate sale at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas.
Flash forward to 2003, and the convertible received a full restoration back to near-stock specifications. Hagerty Insurance estimates the car to be worth around $45,000 without the significant providence. Given its ties to one of film's most popular gearheads, the old Chevrolet could fetch up to 10 times that when it goes under the gavel in Ft Luaderdale, Florida on March 22. You can head over to the Auctions America site for more information. You can also check out the trailer for The Hunter below.
UAW to vote on strike at Kentucky Corvette plant
Tue, 08 Apr 2014The current wait time for a new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is well, not short. With word of a strike at the Bowling Green, KY factory responsible for seventh-generation sports car, though, that wait time could end up growing substantially.
Now, a strike is still a ways off. UAW Local 2164, which represents the 800 workers responsible for screwing the Corvette together, is set to vote on authorizing a strike today, but even if the employees give the action a go, it's far from a sure thing. According to The Tennessean, both regional and national union officials would need to put their stamp of approval on strike action.
"The membership has to vote to strike, but it's just a step in the process," said Gary Casteel, the UAW's Region 8 director and one of the people that would need to authorize a strike action. Casteel told The Tennessean, "It's purely a local situation, though. They are having some issues with the local management."
Helicopter crashes on Top Gear Korea set while chasing Corvette ZR1
Mon, 11 Feb 2013The formula of Top Gear Korea is seemingly about the same as it is everywhere else in the world, including the flagship British original: involve interesting cars in fantastical situations with charismatic hosts. That prescription has proved to be pretty reliable over the years, and has lead to some truly memorable and exciting pieces of television.
Something like that was undoubtedly what the Korean producers were after when they lined up this segment - a drag race between a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 and an AH1 Cobra military helicopter. The planners almost certainly did not expect the filming of the segment to go quite as wrong as it actually did, with the helicopter actually crashing into the dirt after the "drag race" had been completed. Thankfully, we're told that no one was seriously injured in the crash, but the footage, in the video below, is pretty damn chilling to watch, nevertheless.
