Up for sale is a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Duramax diesel 4X4. It has a 12 inch lift and sits on 35x12.5 R20 Toyo mud grip tires (65%) and 20" XD Monster Rims. This truck comes equipped with lots of extras. Performance wise, a 225 HP PPE programmer with 5 settings, turbo and pyrometer gauges that are not currently hooked up, and a 6 inch Silverline exhaust tip. Audio and video upgrades include an in-dash Power Acoustix touchscreen flip-down DVD player with remote control and a Mobile Dynamic Xtreme (MDX15) screen for the backseat. This truck also has two 10" JL Audio subs and a Power Acoustik 820 amp. Underneath the Tractor Supply toolbox sits a 45 gallon auxiliary tank that feeds directly into the factory tank, allowing the truck to hold 70 gallons of fuel at one time.
This truck is very mechanically sound with lots of extra power and black smoke that comes with the programmer depending on which setting you desire. You can expect to get between 12-15 mpg once again it all depends on how high the truck is turned up. All service and maintenance done personally in my shop.
Only reason for selling, I'm starting Veterinary School in the fall and I need extra income for school.
If you purchase at the "buy it now" price, I will throw in the spare set of 20" MB Motorsports rims that sit on 44" mud tires absolutely FREE!

Race Recap: 2013 Twelve Hours of Sebring, cakewalk up front, grindfest out back [w/spoilers]
Tue, 19 Mar 2013This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...
Steve McQueen's last movie car, now Pawn Stars-owned, up for auction [w/video]
Sun, 03 Feb 2013The last car Steve McQueen ever drove in a movie is officially up for auction. The 1951 Chevrolet Styline DeLuxe Convertible you see above is now owned by none other than Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame, but once ferried McQueen around the set of his last film, 1980's The Hunter. That flick saw the Bullit star play a bumbling bounty hunter and didn't exactly set the box office on fire. McQueen bought the car after production wrapped, and four years later it sold at his estate sale at the Imperial Palace in Las Vegas.
Flash forward to 2003, and the convertible received a full restoration back to near-stock specifications. Hagerty Insurance estimates the car to be worth around $45,000 without the significant providence. Given its ties to one of film's most popular gearheads, the old Chevrolet could fetch up to 10 times that when it goes under the gavel in Ft Luaderdale, Florida on March 22. You can head over to the Auctions America site for more information. You can also check out the trailer for The Hunter below.
Chevrolet Malibu gets across-the-board price cuts, hopes to dig out of slump
Mon, 11 Feb 2013To say that things aren't going well for the newly redesigned 2013 Chevrolet Malibu is a pretty sizable understatement. Reports have been swirling about the Malibu getting an emergency design refresh, less than a year after its introduction, as well as having its production at the Fairfax Assembly Plant halted twice already this year for excessive inventory. Now, Motor Trend is reporting that the midsize sedan will be receiving price drops across the board ranging from $300 on a number of models up to $770 on the 1LT trim; offsetting some of MSRP drop, though, the destination charge has increased from $760 to $810.
Without destination, the entry-level Malibu LS now starts at $21,995, which is still about $300 more than a Honda Accord and about $300 less than the segment's top-selling Toyota Camry. This new pricing also drops the price of the Eco, 2LT and 3LT trims by $300. The LTZ trim has dropped by $415, meaning that the Malibu's top dog now starts at just under $30,000, excluding destination.
Here are the new starting prices for all eight of the Malibu trim levels compared to the previous prices for the 2013 model year (including destination):
