1969 CAMARO COUPE PROJECT
THIS IS A GOOD PROJECT TO RESTORE OR MAKE A HOT ROD. THIS CAR WAS A FOUR SPEED, BELIEVE IT TO BE A 307 MOTOR. CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS. THE TITLE IS LOST, BUT THE VIN TAG IS STILL ON THE CAR.
IT HAS 4 SPEED LINKAGE IN THE CAR, NICE FRONT SEATS AS SHOWN IN PICTURES, NEW FRONT SUBFRAME BUSHINGS, FLOOR PANS, AND QUARTERS, THE DOORS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND SO ARE THE FRONT FENDERS. NEEDS TRUNK PAN. NO BACK SEAT. NO MOTOR OR TRANSMISSION.
HAVE MOST OF THE STAINLESS AROUND THE WINDSHIELD AND REAR WINDOW. DOORS ARE COMPLETE. MOST OF THE GLASS IS IN THE CAR EXCEPT FOR THE REAR WINDOW. FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS ARE ALSO INCLUDED. GRILLE, HEADLIGHTS, AND TAILLIGHTS ARE ALSO INCLUDED.
GUAGES ARE DAMAGED AND SO IS THE STEERING COLUMN (BROKE AROUND THE KEY SWITCH). STILL IN THE CAR SO THE CAR WILL STEER AND ROLL FREELY.

Chevy Corvette Stingray "colorizer" lets you chase the rainbow
Thu, 14 Feb 2013After you've convinced your better half to let you buy a new Corvette, then comes the hard part... actually figuring out which 'Vette you want. While Chevrolet has yet to release the official configurator for the 2014 Corvette Stingray, it did give us something else to kill some time playing around with.
The C7 Corvette "colorizer" recently went online, and it lets you look at the car in all of its available colors and wheel options from four different angles so that when this car does go on sale, you know exactly which one you want. It includes the Corvette's full pallet of colors including Torch Red, Laguna Blue and the hue you see above, Velocity Yellow. Toss in the black wheels, and we're sold. GM won't sell 2014 Chevrolet SS in Canada
Thu, 21 Feb 2013Allow us to be the first to extend our condolences to our friends to the north. General Motors has announced the 2014 Chevrolet SS will not be available in Canada. The Globe and Mail reports the automaker has confirmed the high-performance sedan won't hit Canadian dealers, though GM hasn't offered up any reasoning as to why that is.
Buyers here in the US of A, meanwhile, can look forward to getting their hands on the 415-horspower, rear-wheel drive SS by late summer. Something tells us it won't be long after that before Canadian officials start seeing individually imported 6.2-liter V8 four-doors in their neighborhoods. Fortunately, Canadian buyers will still be able to take home the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. The C7 bowed at the Canadian International Auto Show last week, reportedly drawing sizable crowds and interest.
Hot Wheels Camaro to make big debut at Indy
Fri, 05 Apr 2013Chevrolet handed over the keys to 33 Hot Wheels Camaro Convertible Indianapolis 500 festival cars this week. Race directors get the luxury of driving the droptops around Indianapolis in an ongoing tradition with roots all the way back to the 1960s. The stunt is supposed to remind area residents that the Indy 500 is right around the corner. The cars are our first look at the special Camaro Hot Wheels Edition in convertible form, and they are slated to head to dealers after a one-time production run. The cars also represent the first time in history full-size Hot Wheels have been offered for sale by an automaker.
The cars will be available in both the previously seen coupe bodystyle and this convertible configuration, and will feature metallic blue paint and special wheels with the iconic redline accent. Buyers will be able to choose between the V6-powered 2LT trim and the V8-powered 2SS guise.
Hot Wheels says the original Custom Camaro toy was one of the original 16 1:64-scale diecasts, and it remains one of the company's most valuable collector items today.
