I have decided to sell my turbo 1995 BMW M3. I have owned this car for a few years and I bought it from a friend of mine who was moving out of country. When bought the car it was bone stock and 133,000 miles on it. I have all the maintenance records as well as the owners manual all of my receipts for everything, and most if not all of the stock parts that came on this car, which will be included with the purchase. The rebuilt engine and Turbo setup has 4k miles on it. Since i purchased it I have done many modifications, replaced OEM parts, and babied this car. The reason I am selling it is for the fact that I am moving to Germany and this car cannot go with me. The car is in great condition for the age, it has a few small dings and rock chips but nothing major (on the hood there are 2 small dents from the inside because the original turbo was to large). The interior of this car is also in awesome condition. When i purchased it it had black vaders which I later replaced with the dove vaders and the rest of the dove interior. Everything inside the car works (A/C is removed but i do have it and the compressor is only a few years old), I replaced the stock radio with a Kenwood and put Harmon/Kardon 6x9s under the rear deck because the stock ones were shot. I also added a Euro 3 spoke steering wheel with ///M color stitching, a ZHP shift knob, Alcantara shift/Parking Brake boot, Turner Motorsport Pedals, Tinted Window 28%, and a Black Suede Headliner. All parts have less than 15k miles on them. Most aftermarket performance parts were purchased from Turner Motorsport, VAC, Bimmerworld, and ECS Tuning, most OEM parts are from the dealer or Pelican Parts. As far as performance modifications go I will list it as follows:

  • ST Coilovers
  • Turner Motorsport Swaybars, 30mm (Front) 24mm (Rear)
  • Turner Motorsport Adjustable End Links
  • Stoptech Crossdrilled Rotors and Ceramic Pads
  • Stoptech Stainless Braided Brakelines
  • Ireland Engineering Camber Plates
  • Adjustable Rear Control Arms
  • Kosei K1 Racing Wheels 17x8.5 (Plasti Dipped Black)
  • Continental Extreme Contact DW 245/40/17 (Decent Tread)
  • Turner Motorsport 17.5mm Wheel spacers (front) 13mm Spacer Rear,
  • Apex Race Studs in Black with Black Lug Nuts
  • I also have a full set of Subframe, Differential, RTAB, FCAB, Solid Bushings from Condor Speed Shop
  • Euro Clear Corners, Tailights, and Blacked out side markers
  • Black Grille from ECS Tuning
  • Depo Euro Glass Projectors with 5k HID Low Beam
  • Fog Light Deletes Painted Alpine White
  • PLX Devices Boost Gauge and Wideband
  • Miller Performance Chip
  • Miller Blow Through MAF 650+ WHP Capable
  • Siemens Deka 80LB/Hr Injectors
  • Cometic .140 Headgasket
  • ARP Head Studs
  • Multi-Angle Valve Job
  • Precision 6766 Turbo Polished and Ceramic Coated (Billet Wheel)
  • Custom Made Tubular Exhaust Manifold with Large Runners (T4)
  • Tial Sport 44mm Wastegate (vent to atmosphere)
  • Synapse Synchronic BOV (vent to atmosphere)
  • Mishimoto Radiator
  • Samco Radiator Hose
  • Vanos Rebuilt
  • F1 Racing Stage 4 clutch with 10LB Aluminum Flywheel (does not slip)
  • Bimmerworld MAF to TB Boot
  • Custom 3 inch down pipe and straight pipe out (down pipe is wrapped in exhaust wrap)
  • 31X12X3 Intercooler With 3 inch pipe
  • Lots of BMW OEM Parts (Ask me if you are wanting to know everything)
  • Rear Fenders Are Rolled and Pulled
  • Some weight reduction (all tar removed under seats, carpet and dash, and foam removed)
I'm sure I am forgetting quite a few things as well. But over all the car runs great and is very fast. I have never taken the car to a track or raced it. It does leak a few drops of oil but i believe it is out of the valve cover vent that I have going to the ground (could use a catch can just haven't gotten a chance to put one on). Idle is rough until warm up because i removed the ICV but it will be included and can be installed to smooth the idle but it never bothered me. If you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to call, text, or email me. My phone number is 3166506824 and My name is Austin. Thank You for looking.

I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime due to the fact it is also for sale locally. I described everything to the best of my knowledge if I remember anything else I will update the ad.

BMW X4 tunes up its crossover game in Germany

Fri, 23 Aug 2013

Except for the fancy wheels and the overly expressive fascias, the production version of the BMW X4 looks like it will carry over practically untouched from what we saw in the X4 Concept several months back. With the same fastback roofline as the concept, these spy shots show that the X4 is taking shape to be a baby version of the BMW X6.
Sharing the same platform as the X3, the lower and wider X4 will be positioned slightly more upmarket - as is the case with the X5 and X6. We hear that this could mean that the X4 will ditch the X3's base engine to give an even sportier feel right out of the gate, but word has it that an M version will being showing up down the road as well.
BMW has already revealed what it plans to show off at the Frankfurt Motor Show (i3, 4 Series Coupe, next-gen X5, refreshed 5 Series, X5 Concept eDrive plug-in hybrid and Concept Active Tourer Outdoor), so barring any surprised we definitely won't be seeing the X4 there. At this point, with as close to production as these images would have us believe, our best guess would be that we'll see the X4's official unveiling happen either at LA or Detroit.

2014 BMW 4 Series drops its top, priced from $48,750*

Sat, 12 Oct 2013

BMW will debut its new 2014 4 Series Convertible at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, and after seeing plenty of spy shots and, most recently, some leaked images, we now have all the official details. To no one's surprise, the 4 Series convertible is, essentially, a topless version of BMW's new-for-2014 4 Series coupe, and will be offered in the United States in the same 428i and 435i guises.
On the base end, that means the 428i Convertible arrives with the company's 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine, good for 240 horsepower and 255 pound-feet of torque, and available with either rear- or all-wheel drive. BMW says the 428i will sprint to 60 miles per hour in a respectable 6.2 seconds. For folks in need of more thrust, BMW will happily sell you a 435i Convertible, available only with rear-wheel drive, powered by a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged inline-six that produces 300 hp and 300 lb-ft of twist. Hitting 60 mph in the 435i will take roughly five and a half seconds with the standard eight-speed auto. Curiously, BMW did not mention anything about a six-speed manual transmission for either model, so looks like this droptop might be an auto-only affair. We've contacted BMW for confirmation, so we'll keep you posted.
Like the 3 Series Convertible it replaces, the 4 Series uses a three-piece folding hardtop configuration, and BMW says that added sound deadening reduces audible wind noise by about two decibels. Folding the automatic roof takes just 20 seconds, and can be done at speeds up to roughly 11 mph. For chilly, top-down driving (something we're big fans of), there are now three-temperature neck warmers for the front seats - just like what Mercedes-Benz offers with its AirScarf system.

BMW rolls out new M4 safety car for DTM

Mon, 05 May 2014

Ever since revealing the M4 on nearly five months ago, BMW has been hard at work getting its new muscle coupe out on the track. It's made a touring-car version to compete in DTM and a safety car to set the pace at MotoGP races, and now it's combined both into a new safety car for DTM as well.
The ninth M4 on the DTM grid is based on the production version, but fitted with numerous upgrades over the course of a two-month conversion process. For starters, it's been equipped with nearly exterior component from the M Performance Parts catalog, including the quad-tipped exhaust, front splitter, rear spoiler and diffuser, blacked-out grille, special mirror caps, side sills... the works. But that's not the end of the story.
BMW M GmbH also gutted the interior, removing the rear bench and replacing it with a roll cage. It's got a pair of Recaro racing buckets with Schroth harnesses, plus special LED emergency lighting, radio communication system and, of course, special livery (albeit nowhere near as cool as the MotoGP one) to distinguish it as the official safety car when it makes its debut at the Nürburgring on August 17.
