Service Dept. poor customer service

Bought a car there 2 years ago and have had nothing but issues in dealing with their service dept. Never had issues in PKBG anywhere else. If you are a woman, you will be treated like an idiot by their mechanics who seem to only be able to grunt instead of actually communicate with customers. We have also had issues with trustworthiness or a lack of knowledge & skill, not sure which. I would not trust these guys ... view morewith a bicycle.
