Avoid this place at all costs. This dealership advertised the cost of the vehicle I purchased online for $55K and when I drove all the way to the dealership from NC, they told me the car is actually $65K and it was mistakenly misquoted. false advertising / bait and switch, highly unethical (possibly illegal). Not to mention we were the only people in the showroom/ dealership and nobody even wanted to talk to us whic... view moreh is unusual for a car dealership. When buying a high priced luxury vehicle you should at the very least expect some service. Instead we were treated like we were scum, the sales manager had a very aggressive demeanor towards us, like he didn`t want us to purchase the car. I could not understand why we were treated so poorly, all we wanted to do was purchase a $65K car that probably costs more than the mobile homes the people of WV live in. Extremely poor experience / service. Audi of America should look into this dealership.

Do not buy your car here!! I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. I Leased a porsche from Bert Wolf and have had nothing but problems with it including repairs for which they did not want to fix. It took many back and forth calls to get them to pay something on a brand new car lease that they should of fixed without cost in the first place. They are very poor to call back or deal with any o... view morether customer problems once the car is sold . If your going to buy a porsche you should think again. For me they ride like any other car and actually I feel benz and mercedes drive much better. In the rain or snow they are very dangerous and slip out of control very easily. On average you will wear out your tires about every 1-2 years and replacing all four will cost about $1,000-2,000. However thats not the bad part normally you cant get the tires from anywhere around the area and it has to be shipped which usually takes about 5-7 days. If you lease be prepared to give another $1-2,000 dollars when you give the car back because they will deduct even normal wear and tear from your car and will nickel and dime you to death. If you choose not to buy the car after you finished your lease they put on another $350 dollar fee for which they call it a terminating of lease fee even though you fully completed and complied with their lease... For me, I don`t even mind paying all these fee amounts and extra costs. What I don`t like is the poor customer service I get and the feeling that I am being nickeled and dime to death...
