They were super friendly and made sure Ididnt pay a penny by working with my insurance (an uninsured person hit me) and did a great job on my car, they also had fixed my grandpas car back in 2011 and he had a 2010 mustang and he loved there work not cheaping out and only doing high standard repairs to last a life time

Buyer Beware!

I recently took my vehicle to Mathews Auto Body for repairs after an accident. They had my vehicle for 4 days and when I came to pick it up, it looked fine. I paid the bill and left. After leaving the shop I discovered multiple problems with the work they did. When I confronted the shop about how unhappy I was with their work and stated that I wanted the problems fixed at no cost to me, I was met with a completely un... view moreexpected response. They were angry with me and essentially said that it wasn`t their fault, that they thought they did an appropriate job and that they would fix the problems and not charge me a dime, however, it was not an offer out of desire to provide excellent service to their paying customers. It was an offer designed simply to get rid of me. I was even told that if I wanted/needed any other work done on the car that I could find someone else to do it after they repaired the items I discovered wrong as they refused to. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service and the work of this shop. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Never in my life or my career in customer service have I encountered such awful service and shoddy work all rolled into one business.
