Not only did they listen to exactly what I needed and could afford to pay (without trying to get more out of me) but they did the most amazingly beautiful job with the paint. It`s unbelievable. To top it off, when I got into my gorgeously shiny car, I noticed that they had decided to clean the interior for free.

Brought my car there for a deep scratch on the bumper. When I went to pick up my car after paying for two days with a rental car, my entire bumper was very noticeably darker! So much darker that I could see the difference at night. My bumper had two new dents on it! There was adhesive from taping off the area still on my car! There was a thick layer of shop sanding dust all over, including on my expensive jacket that was in the trunk. I think one of the worst parts was that MY CAR HAD CLEARLY BEEN SNOOPED THROUGH! When I brought it back later, one man even said when the car was inside earlier that morning that he could see the color didnt look right. So, imagine how bad it looks in the sunlight! If they knew the color wasnt right, they shouldn`t have let me pick it up. When I called to talk to the owner, he seemed just as shady as everyone else. Not a single apology for anything. He didnt seem to care at all. He said they are gonna fix the color of my bumper, but it making it a huge hassle for me. They messed up, so shouldn`t they be making this as easy as possible for me? What ever you do, pay the money at a reputable paint shop, to have your vehicle painted RIGHT! This is my third time into this dealership for what was supposed to be an ?ˆ?in and out?ˆ? job. Went here to have my hood repaired, my car painted, and my bumper fixed. They were supposed to strip all the paint, sand it down to the metal, bondo my bumper. The only thing they ended up doing was actually throwing down a very crappy paint job. It looked GREAT on the first week I had it. But Unfortuantly it was a very rainy week and when the sun came out it was a horrible sight. There were runs everywhere. We washed it recently and the paint washed off. I actually took it to a few shops today. The estimates to fix Macco`s work was between 1500-4000 dollars!! I recomment you go to a dealership and have them recommend someone else. I am personally going to Five Star Ford in Aberdeen. They are always great. Uh oh Never go to Maaco!!
