I had to repaint the whole side of my van and got a couple of estimates and Maaco offered to do the same job for half the price. Roland did more than what was agreed and the results are good. I will defenetely return and reccomend Maaco to my friends.

GREAT VALUE AND SERVICE

THESE GUYS TOOK CARE OF ME.
I BROUGHT MY 2007 ACURA WITH BUMPER
DAMAGE. I WENT TO 2 OTHER BODYSHOPS THAT TOLD ME I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY BUMPER. ON VISITING A 3RD I WAS ACTUALLY REFERED TO MAACO IN BELLEVUE. THANK GOODNESS! THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX MY BUMPER AND REPAINT IT AT A 1/3 OF THE OTHER QUOTES. VERY HAPPY!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Went in for paint job. Quote was DOUBLE what they provided me over the phone even after seeing a photo & then on top of that the OWNER, basically told me that ""I will NOT give you the same service on your $500 paint job that I would on a $5,000 paint job""!!!! What? Who says that? Apparently, the owner of this Maaco. Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Save yourself a drive and never ever visit Maaco. The service is rude to point of yelling (Peter). Have you seen the front desk person yell at you don`t waste my time when I asked him the details of the quote?

I got carried away by their coupon but I strongly advise you to stay away from here.

Horrible Dishonest and Poor Work

They promise amazing prices with their ads and mailer coupons to get you into the shop. Then upsell the more expensive ""packages"". I was stupid to have allowed them to work on my car. They promised to remove small scratches and minor dents as part of the ""Package"" When I picked up the car I asked about the dents and scratches and they said that would be another job and more money. They left tape on the car, ... view moretheir was paint in areas it should not be in. Two of the letters of the name of my car (Mitsubishi) fell off. They said I would have to pay for the replacement letters (!). I went to the junk yard and glued them on myself. It has been less than a year and the paint is already starting to come off. I do not know about other Maaco locations but I would never bring my car there again and I strongly warn others to not bring their car to this one.
