Crooked

I went to carmasters to get my state inspection. After about twenty minutes the mechanic came and told me that I needed to have my headlights aligned. He told me it was going to cost around 60 dollars to have that done. I`m glad I knew something about cars because I questioned him immediately. He got very defensive about it. The funny thing is my car is less than a year old and on top of that the headlights are also ... view morein a plastic case. Unless I had been in a front end collision there is no way they could have come out of alignment. I told them I was going to take it to the dealership and they informed me that headlight alignment wouldn`t be covered by the warranty and I mine as well just have it done. I`m glad I ignored them because I took it to the dealership and it passed inspection with no problems. Carmasters wouldn`t even admit they might have made a mistake. They told me the side panel damage to my car knocked my headlight alignment off which is total nonsense. They wouldn`t even give me the name of the owner or another manager and they refused to refund my money for the inspection.

I am not at all satisfied with the customer service I received and work your shop has done on my 1999 Audi A6. I came to install front brake pads, which was purchased at Checkered Flag Audi to save my downtime at your... view more shop. Your Lead Tech, Lloyd Zeff, has not been at all helpful in this regard. He was rude and ignored minute I came back to your shop. I was asked to pay a $42 fee right away, without explaining what happened. When I asked him to show me why the parts supplied by AUDI dealer didn?????????t feet to my car, he started yelling and telling me I have to pay, since he wasted his time on my vehicle. I?????????m more then willing to pay for the time he spent on my car and I felt sorry that the parts I provided couldn?????????t be installed. But Mr. Zeff didn?????????t tread me like a value customer and he refused to give me your name. A front desk person provided me with your name and contact information. Also when I came home I found only 2 lug nuts where properly installed on my left wheel and all of them where loose on the right wheel. Loose lug nuts could cause loss of the wheel and possible serious damage to my car and myself. Is this the way you want to do business? Mr. Benek, your shop`s advertising guarantees 100% satisfaction. I am sure you will be willing to live up to your claims. I look forward to hearing from you within the next two weeks.
