I had been to Carls shop before but decided to try him. The work got done but I was completely quoted wrong for an estimate. when I was told the new price, the mechanic would not look me in the eyes, he was nervous talking and ignoring questions I asked. I figured.... Whatever.... He had under estimated the job and in a hurry to close shop for the day. I let it go and about a month later I started hearing the same... view more issue as b4. I ended up at another shop to have it looked at. I ended up being told the"new parts" I had just got, were not new at all. I had either gotten used parts from a junk yard or they were never changed out. I went back to my original invoice to make sure I hadn`t made a mistake in thinking the parts were new and they weren`t. well I can tell you that I was charged for new parts. I will never go back to this shop again. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

carls is great and a very reasonable mechanic. I trust him with my car, my wife`s car, and the rest of my families vehicles as well!!
