Didn`t love it. Not a great experience. I have to sell the car I bought a few weeks ago, and am quickly discovering that their promise of "the lowest price in town" is totally false. I feel pretty scammed. I will not be recommending this dealership to friends or family. In fact, I`ve already told a couple friends and co-workers to go elsewhere for their car buying.

Best service in town
I submitted a price quote online. Within a few minutes I got a call from mark. He told me everything I needed to know about the Santa Fe and the discounts on them. We set a time to come down mark had the car pulled up front and ready for a test drive. We had the whole care deal done in less than a hour. I will tell all of my friends and family to visit Ken Garff Hyundai for there new car.

They are willing to answer questions over email and instant messaging. Most dealerships make you come in before they`ll tell you anything. These guys let me do most of my initial research over the internet. That is a wonderful convenience. They did not have the color of Hyundai I wanted, but they did their best to find me something I liked. My only complaint is that they don`t have a popcorn machine in the lobby... view more!

Bait and Switch. These guys personify the worst of the worst when it comes to car dealers. They tease you with this lowball price on a new car, then when you get there, you find out you don`t qualify for the rebates and that in order to get this "low pricing" you have to finance with them and carry the contract for a few months. Not really trying to do much to foster customer service and repeat business. Sad that the Garff`s would stoop so low as to hire this clown. STAY AWAY FROM KEN GARFF HYUNDAI! Don`t even bother going there or submitting for a price quote, they only know how to lie and cheat their customers. Sure they have some good reviews on here but I think they have the employees filling in fake comments. There is no way they would get this good of reviews, so many people can`t be suckers.

They answered all my questions and gave my a price up front. I wasn`t ready to buy at that time and they didn`t pressure me to make a decision until I was ready.
