Good and Bad experience

I had a decent experience buying my 2010 Hyundai Genesis from Vandergriff Hyundai in March 2010. However, I do feel like they were misleading in various instances. The first was that they claimed they would have to charge me freight because they car I wanted was in south texas. Luckily I had done my homework and knew it was just up the street in North Dallas. When I mentioned I had no problem spending the $6 in gas t... view moreo give my business to them to purchase it, that fee went away pretty fast. The second instance I was lied to, was in the finance department. They plainly stated that they would sell me a prepaid maintenance program that would cover my scheduled maintenances up to 60,000 miles. Turns out when I went in for my 15k mile checkup and oil change, they told me that my plan only covered the oil change. So basically I prepaid oil changes. In no way would I have ever signed up for that had they not misrepresented what they were selling me. Left a very sour taste in my mouth after an otherwise pleasent experience. Needless to say, they lost my future business. I hope that $800 was worth losing a future customer to them. Their loss more than mine.

Great Dealership!!!
