Extremely disappointed with their business ethics. We informed them on Saturday we were going to buy a vehicle (cash) on Thursday. We offered to leave the required down payment which they declined (due to a 48 hour hold policy.) We were okay with that but requested if they had another offer to let us know. They agreed to do that. We called Wednesday night to insure the vehicle was available and were told it would b... view moree put on "pending sale" for us. The next morning, Thursday, we called to bring the check and we were told the vehicle sold the night before. We received no phone call and this caused us a good deal of extra work to find a similar vehicle. We don`t recommend them and wouldn`t use them again. We may be old school but your word is your word...they didn`t call and "pending sale" meant nothing to them.
