This guy is a horses` *** to put it mildly. I wouldn`t recommend anyone in Texas to go here. I came in asking a question which he does not do, so very well, so I asked about getting my scooter inspected. He was rude and short. He said only bring it in the middle of the month, no other time. After some choice words he asked me to leave his premises. I have instructed my wife not to take her car there anymore. That is where she takes all cars. I`ve had the same experience as all these other posters. Garland/Dallas and surrounding area, DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. His accent is terrible and I thinks he gets mad if you don`t understand his perfect English. Too bad there is a 1/16th star option, and that would be too hi a rating

I pulled up for a quick inspection, there was no one around, went into the office and a man sitting at a desk eating said You need inspection? I said yes I do Please. He said I am on lunch break as he was eating at the desk. IT WAS 10:30 IN THE MORNING!!!!! No I`m sorry, come back, nothing. I had been going there for 3 years Richard Lee inspected my car but he had a chip on his shoulder I was his whipping post he wanted to talk about social issues that were unrelated with getting my car inspected, he was looking for a confrontation and wanted me to agree with him he then proceceded to tell me to F....off 3 times and never come back to his store. It seems like this is a consistent experience at this business. I was very upset with my experience at this business. I have been a resident of Garland for 15 yrs and this was the first time I decided to give one of these "inspection only" businesses a try. I could not find my regular insurance card so I brought the first page of my insurance packet. It includes the same info as well as additional info such as sp... view moreecific coverage. The proprieter gave a brief look at the document at stated that it was not a valid proof of insurance. When I attempted to explain he became very angry and animated. He begin yelling at me. He stated that what I was showing him was just a declaration and not an actual evidence of liability. I attempted to have him call the 800# on the document to verify, and he angrily kicked me out of his business stating I was not welcome. I went across the street and they looked at the same document and performed the inspection. When I asked why this business would not accept the insurance documentation they had not idea.

So I went to got my motorcycle inspected at this location , right after I paid it to get it registered . I asked the Asian man if they did , he said yes Cash only . Came to this business with my Son to get my vehicle inspected. After the inspection was completed I approached the counter to pay for the inspection. I pulled out my check book and the worker pointed at a sign (which I didn`t see) which showed that they do not take checks. I produced my debit card, the worker ran the card and asked for me to sign. I signed then the worker asked to see my ID. I produced my ID, the wor... view moreker looked at it and stated that my signiature didn`t match and I needed to sign again. I said, you are kidding me? I just signed the receipts. He showed me my license and said again that my signiature didn`t match and I needed to sign again. I was very offended with the way he was treating me so i told him that I was not coming back to his shop. He said thats ok, I have my money now get out of my store. I said I am and I am going to recommend to everyone I know not to come here. He again said "get out of my store". I told him that it is bad business the way he was treating customers. He responded by yelling "get the F**k out of my store". (Please remember in the beginning I mentioned I has my Son with me. My son is 3 and a half years old and was right next to me when this worker yelled this at me). In my opinion this business is pretty poor for the owner, Richard to say these things in front of a child.

I confronted the worker and told him that you do not use profanity in front of children as he did. In my opinion this business is pretty poor for the owner, Richard to say these things in front of a child.
