i wish it had a zero star..terrible service..had to do alot of running around just to get my car out...and they charged me 160$$ when my car wasnt even in there 24 hrs....dont ever call them for anything...hate them!

i broke down in West Ashley, and needed to get to N Charleston. I called around for what seemed like forever, but Turky`s was the only place that had the right price and ETA that I needed. The driver was a funny guy who helped me forget for just a minute that my car just took a dump on me....... i really needed that! just a bunch of good people doing their job! Thanks Guys!

I called to have my disabled vehicle towed and the person on the other end of the line was completely rude. I had had to leave my car in on-street parking very near a local landmark and was unable to provide a specific house address, but could provide the street, cross streets, number of parking spaces from the corner, my tag number/make/model, and was planning to go to the car to flag down the driver.

The r... view moreesponse? The person on the phone said ""You have to give me an address. My drivers won`t find it without a physical address. That is how stupid my drivers are.""

I hung up, exasperated and shocked and empathetic toward this person`s employees, to attempt to find a street address. The representative called back and when I answered, did not even say hello. He simply said ""Oh, and another thing - you have to give me the keys.""

I was perfectly kind the entire time and even did him the courtesy of calling back when I decided to go with Jennings Towing instead. Their dispatcher was great, and their driver was cheerful and helpful.

This is CHARLESTON. Learn some manners.
