Imports Plus is a great facility to rely on. They are completely honest with their customers and the prcing has always been very reasonable. I have purchased tires for all my vehicles from them and the ones they recommended have always been great and are much more reasonable than the ones I would have chosen, and a much better ride. I`ve taken my car here twice a...

I`ve taken my car here twice and will never do so again. Repairs are recommended and performed that are not necessary. My rotors were fully replaced at 75,000 miles (they should be machined first, and replaced only when necessary, I found out later), and oil changes recommended at more frequent intervals than needed. My car was held overnight without me being informed or even needed which caused a great inconvenience... view more, with not even an apology. Costs are extremely high and you need to ensure that they hold to their word - the final bill could be (and often is) significantly higher than quoted. Complaints are met with no promise of correction.

This is one of the cleanest, well maintained shops I have ever been to. I am so glad I found these guys. The staff is warm, knowledgable, and genuinely concerned for your safety. The orices are far below what you would expect from a shop of this calibre. I highly recommend these guys to any one in need of expert repair and honest reliable service.
