Need Better Mechanics

The first time I took my car to ford it needed a new gear shift and it was done really good, but the second time I took my car to ford, I was there 21/2 hours. They changed my spark plugs, rotated tires and changed a filter. They were supposed to check all the fluids and hoses. Weather any or most of it was done I don`t know. I do know however they did not check the fluids. I had my husband check the fulids cause my... view more break light kept coming on even after I took my car to ford. None of the fluids were checked. My husband had to put power steering fluid, break fluid and ani-freeze in my car. I called ford to let them know that the fluids were not checked when I brought my car in. I was then told oh glad you called cause they also didn`t put the cover back on when your spark plugs were done, so can you pop in and will put it on. I was to say angry over this. In the future if you have work done at ford, check to see what they actually done and if it was done right.
