Left out in the cold
A month ago I took my car in to get the heater fixed. I payed for the fix and a week later it broke again. I got the car back in a couple days ago and they told me they would order the parts and it would be a few hours. 6 hours later they told me I would not get the car back that day. 5 minutes before they closed, 5 minutes before I had to pick up my children from day care they kicked me on to the curb with 2 car ... view moreseat and no ride. My car was not yet ready, plus I am going to have to pay for something I had already paid for them to fix. I recommend not taking a car to FORD!
