I have had my F-150 in twice to have it repaired since I bought it 2 months ago. Both times the vehicle was returned with grease in it. The service department does not seem to care about giving a vehicle back to a customer filthy. My wife had her Mustang GT serviced there and they got grease on her leather seats that will still have not gotten out.
