Worst Jiffy Lube ever

Do not take your car here! I went in for a standard oil change... expecting to pay $30. The con artist took me out, showed me the car and told me about all these things that *had* to be fixed right then and made me feel like it would be unsafe to drive away without these extra services. So I said fine - thinking that changing some filters wouldn`t be too much more expensive. Boy was I wrong! Even after the *stud... view moreent discount* I owed around $250!!! $250 when all I wanted was an oil change!!!

I admit - I`m gullible and got suckered by this man - but that`s REDICULOUS for Jiffy Lube to con people into getting extra work done without warning them of what the final cost will be when it`s that much over the average cost.

I can`t speak for every person that works at this Jiffy Lube - but the man that serviced my car has a totally sub-par, unethical character.

Can`t get my oil change right... :(

Went in for an oil change in my late model Volvo. Multiple people worked on it at once. They did the work in about 20 minutes and off I went.

Unfortunatley, I discovered leaking oil on my driveway the next morning. I took it back to them and told them it was leaking. Note- my Volvo has a protective shield beneath the engine area. They looked at it very briefly and stated it was because they had forgotten ... view moreto ""clean up"" or rinse off after changing my oil. They ran some water down the engine compartment and said I was good to go, but they never removed the shield to see if there was a leak!

Here it is, the next day, and I have even more oil in my driveway. I am going somewhere else to finish the job and figure which seal/gasket is missing. Quality is not a priority at this place.

Also, I may have gotten my ""oil change"" free if I ever get the promised refund. We`ll see if that ever comes through from corporate- apparently they can`t refund it themselves at the local shop if it isn`t on the same day of the oil change!
