Great customer service!
This is by far the best service center I have ever been to. I drive from Raleigh TO this Firestone service center whenever one of my vehicles needs maintenance. As a female, I have encountered service departments that try to take advantage of my less than average knowledge of car`s..... but, this is something I have never encountered here. I trust the guys there 100% and feel that it is definitely worth the effort & ... view moredistance to visit this store.
