I paid over $800 to get my shocks and strutts done in July2012, by October 2012 I had taken my vehicle back to Merchant to complain of hearing and feeling my shocks/strutts as if they had never been replaced!!! The employee drove the vehilce and said that he did not feel or hear any thing wrong.They are full of crap!!!
