Our preperation process is the most important to achieve a strong, durable finish. We start by cleaning the item thouroghly. Then it is mediablasted with the correct media for the material. Next the item is cleaned with a high quality metal wash, dried and coated. At this point the item is baked for a specified amount of time and once cooled is ready to be put back into service.
