We made an appointment to have a transmission pan gasket replaced. I very simple and quick job. My wife and I took the day off from work to get the work done. We arrived at the time of the appointment, the guy said it would be a couple of hours. We left the car. 3.5 hours later we called and they stated that they haven`t even started and it would probably be tomorrow before they could possible look at it. Their poor ... view morecustomer service cost both of us a days pay and wasted our time. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there if you expect good service.
