From the moment I contacted my insurance company, Collision Max made every step of the way quick and easy. I appreciated your friendliness, periodic phone calls with updates, and of course the earlier-than-expected finish date. But all that pales in comparison to when I saw my car again for the first time. You would never even know it was damaged! To the individual(s) who worked on my car, I just want to say wh... view moreat a real talent you have and something which I for one do not take for granted when I see the end result. I was surprised when I called to express how happy I was to hear that you hardly ever receive feedback from your customers. It?ˆ™s a shame that people?ˆ™s mentality is I paid them to do it and it?ˆ™s their job. I still believe it?ˆ™s worth taking the time to say that yes, even though this is what you get paid to do, I think you did a fantastic job and I?ˆ™d like to acknowledge that fact. Sadly your business is not one which I can eagerly say I hope to visit again, but in the unfortunate event that my car is damaged again I will definitely not hesitate to come back.
