Three years ago when I decided my next car would be a hybrid, all I was thinking of was my contribution to the eco-system and the money I would save in gas. I never considered the cost factor for maintenance, if I took it back to the dealer. When I woke up to discover that someone had broken into my car through the driver`s side window, I was devastated. Not only was there rain in the forecast, but it was cold that day, and I had places I needed to go. The staff at Two Guys Autoplex saved the day. Two Guys Autoplex are #1 in my eyes. Whether it be car diagnostics, auto repairs, auto body work. Seriously.,, My car broke down last week. They came to the exit I was forced to pull off of. They diagnosed the car and had it running in minutes. I asked why they don`t consider doing road service on a regular basis. I took the time out to research them. And found they actually have educational videos online. Teaching people the operations of different sections of a motor, transmission, electrical systems, etc... Things like them taring down motors and putting them back together. Even starting and running the motor out of the car. There skillful and quick. They even restore classic cars, and perform bio fuel conversions using vegetable oil. Just really cool stuff. Anyway.. these guys are best.

Auto Repair, Auto body repair, NYS Inspection, make no difference what you go there for, the guys are experts in every field. I was a customer of Two Guys for 2 years where they did excellent work on my car. The last time I went to Two Guys for a repair, things went terribly wrong. First, the mechanic had a difficult time figuring out what the problem with my car was. They had my car for 2 weeks doing diagnostics and at some point parked the car illegally on the sidewalk outside. My car was ticketed. Meanwhile, they fixed my car and... view more I paid and picked up the car. No one at Two Guys told me my car was ticketed by the traffic police. I received a notice the mail a while later that I had an unpaid ticket. When I approached Stephen at Two Guys to be reimbursed he was initially very reasonable and said I could come pick up the check. I asked if he could mail it to me since the repair shop was out of my way. He agreed. But, the check was never sent. I called a couple weeks later to find out where the check was. He became very nasty and said: &amp;quot;Why don`t you do what you do every day, get into your car and drive it. Drive it over here and pick up your check.&amp;quot; While Two Guys does good work on cars, I can`t justify patronizing their business when I was treated so poorly over a ticket that was their fault! There are too many other good auto shops that actually have good customer service.

Great guys. The first time I met these guys I had pulled in because my car was backfiring and stalling. I was thinking to myself this is going to be a big problem, simply because my car had never done that before. Well,, it actually turned out to be something minor. Surprisingly Nice
