The staff was friendly and helpful and the work was completed on time. However what I didn`t realize is the markup that they will put on my bill for the parts. The parts pricing seemed high so I checked into it. They marked up the parts over 100% over what they paid for them. They charged me close to $700 in parts alone that cost anywhere locally for $300 to $350. They more than doubled their markup on parts... view more! Wow what a scam! To the unsuspecting customer they seem honest on the front end, but beware of getting ripped off on the back end! The mistake I made was trying a new place for convenience. I should have waited an extra two days to have my regular mechanic do the work. In 25 years of having work done on my cars, I`ve never seem something like this! With the internet everything is available now to verify pricing. I just wish I had done it before paying these criminals instead of after!
