Challenging 1st purchase

I was referred to Colonial West by my uncle who had already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn`t know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I liked about certain cars. Ivy had me drive numerous vehicles, even offering to get another vehicle transferred over so that I could drive it. She worked with me to help me find a new car that was a perfect fit for me and she did a phenomenal job. She worked to get the cost down to something I could afford and payments I could manage. She was patient, kind, and never pushy as some sales people are. My second trip there I also worked with Benny, and it was with him that I finally signed all the paperwork to take my car. He also went above and beyond to be sure that I was happy and that my car was perfect before I drove away. I love my new Captiva and it is a perfect fit for me! I would recommend Colonial West to anyone looking for a new car. They were wonderful and really take the time to be sure you`re happy and getting what you want and need.

Colonial West has the absolute...

Colonial West has the absolute BEST Service Department I have ever experienced. Here is an example: I got into my truck yesterday morning and a light came on the dashboard that did not look good, so on my way to work I stopped into Colonial West and Edson (not sure if I have his name correct) was so helpful and accomodating. The saleslady I worked with was Kendra Dickinson and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I test drove. They entire team there seems to care about the customer and believe it or not `customer service` isn`t dead at Colonial West.
