I have been looking for an honest mechanic in Las Vegas sad to say very hard to find. I needed repair on my Cadillac Escalade I took the Escalade to several Dealers and not only their prices were outrageous they told me that I needed new brakes. I was told about El Jesse Auto Repair I took the Escalade for repair. I was suprised when I saw my repair bill almost 1/2 of what the Dealers and other mechanics estimated. My 2001 Volvo XC70 had severe shift flare, as I found out, a common problem with the defective AW 55-50 transmission. Volvo refused to acknowledge the defect. I got an estimate for a transmission repair from the local Volvo dealer of $5000, yikes, so I searched online for someone else. I found El Jesse, but I was a little nervous, since I did not know him. The parts company had trouble with two shipments of solenoids, and this took a while, but Jesse got them to call in their regional expert. Jesse?ˆ™s team worked on this problem with persistence, but I was getting nervous. Finally Jesse called me with the news that my car was ready. I was worried about how much I would end up really being charged. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised that Jesse honored his estimate, despite the time it took and the cost of two shipments of parts. I am now three months past the warranty, and the transmission is still shifting fine. I recommend his shop.

After looking around and comparing prices I came upon El Jesse, I looked at the reviews on different sites and even though they weren`t as good I decided to take my truck there. (`95 Suburban) As Soon as I got there I had them road test the truck and they told me it had a tranny problem and gave me prices and options. Best Service, By Far!!!

Most places dont go above and beyond anymore but this place did! Me and my car were in rough shape when I brought it to El Jesses Auto, But not only were the fast and experience at what they were doing, they were friendly with great, NO exceptional, customer service!
