I signed for them only to do an oil/filter change. When I left and came back 15 minutes later, they added extra services that I did not ask for and told me I had to pay for them. I told them I only have money for the oil/filter change, and that I did not approve these services to be done. I asked them to wait for someone to come and help me with the payment, but they closed up shop and kicked me out, threatening to c... view moreall the cops and press charges for trespassing if I didn`t leave.

VERY HONEST - New Management -USE THESE GUYS

I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON !! Look at the date of any negative post as there was a recent management change. The new guys are FANTASTIC.... Honest... reliable and very competative pricing. I went in with 3 other quotes. Not only did they beat the lowest price by over $200, they were honest and told me that I didn`t need some work that 2 others claimed I needed. Crappy Liars and Rip Offs

Never trust this place!! Annie the so called mechanic and her rip off boss will benefit from your money and give you the run around for months. My truck has been in there shop since 2-17-09 and still to this day nothing has been done. I have paid them $2400 and we hen I called the Better Business Bureau they are n ow refusing to fix the truck. ***holes!! A GREAT PLACE TO GET RIPPED OFF!!

ANNIE THE SO CALLED MECHANIC TOOK MY MONEY WITH THE PROMISE OF A FIXED TRUCK. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I STILL DON`T HAVE MY TRUCK! THEY`VE HAD IT SINCE 2/17/09 AND REFUSE TO FINISH IT SINCE I CONTACTED A FEW AGENCIES TO HELP. FRANK DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. HE MADE EXCUSES AND TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD FEEL LUCKY IT HASN`T TAKEN TOO LONG. HOW LONG IS LONG ENOUGH IN HIS BOOK. I JUST WANT MY TRUCK BACK!!

Dishonest

They made promises that were not kept. Their work was not thorough. When I picked up my car, simple checks were not made and caused problems. They advertise a cheap oil change. Stick to that and do not get any other work done there. They`ll make it seem like you`ll be getting a good deal but in the end you`ll be paying the same price anywhere else. They are very nice which is a trick to earn your trust.

Not Honest

Warning!!!! Do not get suckered in with their low price coupons. They appear and treat their customers nicely which is a front to get you to do car work in their shop. Promises they made were not kept when it came down to payment.
