My sister never visits my apartments, shes aware of the numbered areas but the numbers are VERY hard to see at night, the procedure to dealing with cars in your spot is to leave a note, and if it isn`t moved in a reasonable time then to call the towing company. So I went downstairs and noticed that the tow truck was getting ready to take her car, he had BAR... view moreELY started, I offered to pay the amount needed and move the car, I was VERY nice, because I have common courtesy, He was rude short and unreasonable, I`m aware that his job is hard, but I`m not an intimidating person, I deserve the same kindness that I give out. We understood that the truck had to be towed and did not try to fight the cause. BUT the tow driver told my sister TWICE that he would let her go and she could pay him the amount needed, but both times, as soon as she walked away he quickly tried harder to put the truck on the tow, then when she asked for his card to pick up the truck in the morning he threw it at her feet. There is no reason for that kind of behavior from anyone but animals. I`m talking about both the driver, AND the person watching happily, as a hard working mother, tries the avoid hundreds of dollars worth of charges for something she honestly mistook for an unmarked parking spot WHILE still being kind and courteous and receiving harsh unneeded attitude.

We have had people parking in our spot for months. We pay monthly for a spot and find it very irritating when somebody parks there without regard for the other tenants. City Auto came by to help out with a incident this evening. The tow truck driver showed up very quickly. After showing him the lease, he had the car towed away. It was a hard spot to get the car towed from and he took his time to get it done right. We are very pleased with the service provided. If they tow your car, you have nobody to blame but yourself!

This place needs to be put out of business. Never use them. They lie about everything and when damage magically appears to you your car they have no idea how it happened. Too bad you cant put 0 stars.

We had a customer in the Reno area that needed a tow. He called City Auto Towing for an after hours tow to our facility. When we went to make sure the car made it to our facility safely we were dismayed to find City Auto Towing had left the vehicle in the middle of the complex parking lot blocking all thru traffic to the rest of the complex and blocking two of our after hours trucks from being able to get out of the ... view moreparking spots. Both the customer and our business owner tried calling to get City Auto Towing to move the vehicle into a parking.g spot as they should have done in the first place, only to be told they would only come out and do there job properly if someone paid them to come out a second time and put the car in a parking spot. Now I don`t know about City Auto Towing, but as a business we thrive on customer satisfaction as customer referrals is what grows our business. So I just want to say thanks City Auto Towing for the bad customer service and horrible business practice. We will make sure to tell all our customers about our experience with your business.

Worst car experience I have ever had! My car was towed there and I had to get a new fuel pump put in. When I got the car back, I found food they left in my car, the seats were reclined, and they left a tool in my back seat like they were having their lunch in my car! I called and told the manager and he apologized to me, so I didn`t think any more of it. Only 2 weeks later (during the big snow storm in Reno) my car c... view moreame to a rolling stop while I was driving. When I called the manager, while I was stranded in the snow, he was rude and didn`t care. All he could say was ""No ones in till Monday. Nothing I can do"". I had to have it towed again and my mom had to drive up from California so I could be home in time for Christmas. They didn`t call me back to let me know what was wrong for 4 days, and when I finally got through, they told me they put the fuel pump in upside down so it wasn`t getting any gas. When I got my car back, I was shocked. I found a CD player and a CD with a naked girl on it on my front seat, some unknown raw meat smashed in my back door, and all of my things thrown into my trunk. We have been trying to get a hold of them for almost 2 weeks now and they will not call back. To sum it up, City Auto Towing has HORRIBLE customer service and VERY bad work ethics. If you want your car back in the condition you left it, don`t go there!!

I was stuck on the side of the road and the temperture was dropping quickly. I saw the lights and the bright yellow truck coming to save the day. The driver was really nice and the cab was clean and warm. It took no time for the driver to load my car and we were off. Thank heavens for City Auto Towing, they have a customer for life.
