Very poor work. My Escape was leaking antifreeze on the drivers side, took it in on a Friday and they did a pressure test and said it was the lower radiator hose. I thought it would be leaking more on the passenger side if that was the case, but they`re the experts so I said okay. They said they couldn`t get the part for three days. Went back for apt. on Wed. and they didn`t have me on the schedule, the guy at th... view moree counter told me to leave the Escape and they`d figure it out. The service manager, Curtis, called me an hour later and said they had been sent the wrong part, but they could get the right part tomorrow. (So what took 3 days to get before can now miraculously be gotten over night?) . . .more like they couldn`t fit me in so they made up a story about the wrong part so they could do it the next day. I told them I wasn`t happy about it, I needed my vehicle, but whatever just fix it. The service manager took $40 off my bill because of the inconvenience, all the while stressing that its not his fault they sent the wrong part. . . . . and my bill was still $380 to replace the one hose. I was just glad to be done with them and have my car back. Four days later, its still leaking. Same spot as before. I take it back. They pressure test it again and tell me there is a crack in the thermostadt houseing. It will be another $200, and he said that because I`d already paid for a pressure test before, they weren`t going to charge me for that again. How fkng generous. If they`d done their job right the first time, It would have ONLY cost me $200 plus the pressure test to begin with. The guys at the desk were really friendly, but the service manager was completely unprofessional, and they obviously don`t do a thorough job or have great attention to detail. They are all just putting in their time. I will NEVER go there again. It`s a shame too. I had my breaks done there a few years ago and had new tires put on without any problems.
