My wife and I bought a minivan, now I`ll admit it was a base model, still brand new and around 20 grand. So... After the typical run around i.e. sitting in the dealership all day. Finally, get our vehicle, only to find out it doesn`t come with floor mats. I guess it was my bad for not asking, but I assumed that was a standard option. The salesman said he could get us some at a discount, I guess buying a van isn`t eno... view moreugh. Had I have know, I would have told then I wasn`t going to buy it, unless floor mats were included. They had me at that point, because the paperwork was signed. Watch out for these guys, and never take anything for granted.... On second thought, maybe I should check to see if there`s an air filter, because I didn`t see that on the window sticker!

If you can help it, buy from another dealer. They did not file my paperwork until two weeks after the purchase, causing my temp tags to expire before I had all the paperwork needed to register it with MO DMV. Horrible customer service, they do not return calls to you, left several messages and not one returned, had to contine to call until the salesperson was available. Had to continue to call for updates on their fa... view moreilure. Spoke with the owner of the dealership did not seem to concerned about the situation. I am a veteran and I cannot believe that I would fight to protect these people who delivery this type of service.
