So I went there looking for a tahoe. Well I found one great price and when I went to test drive it JT sd he would fix the popping in the front end and detail it and when i mentioned the heated seats weren`t working he sd they`d look at that too. Well I bought the truck and took it back up there for repairs and other extras added. A few days later he called me stated it was done. Ha! Yeah right! All they did was greas... view moree the parts that I was told were going to be replaced, never cleaned it and JT sd that they didn`t have time to look at the heater seats. So now I have to go out of pocket and buy the parts and pay for someone to put them in, even though i was told they would be fixed not including the cracked windshield. The truck wasn`t detailed completely dirty. Then J.T. told me that the extras I had added were more expensive than what I was already charged so asked if i could cover the difference. I will NEVER go back there.

great deal/nice car and staff but very unorganized office staff

Bought a car on 6-10, got my emissions 10 days later and tried to register only to realize we had no title. When calling to find out where my title was they told me to call back when my salesman was working bc I guess he is the only one who can look info up. With working full time being in third trimester with a toddler at home finally called back on 6-27 and still no title. Lady stated that it went in mail that day ... view moreas certified so should be there in couple days at most. Which meant I had to get to post office during open hours to pick up, I received the title and loan paperwork a few days later, leaving me with a week to register, only to go in license office again to find out the promised safety inspection wasnt with paperwork, had they not said it would come with a safety I could have had it done with emissions, when calling again they said if it wasnt sent it must have expired. The easy thing for them would have been to do a safety inspection before9re sending paperwork. Instead telling me to bring it up the next day...40 min away! We brought to our local place, they stated they will refund but its literally the last day. Im full time worker and this caused so much headache/stress/late for work that im downright angry.

Great place to buy a car or in our case 2. Dan and Joe were very helpful. We were at the dealership for less than an hour and left with our second car from them. GREAT CARS AND EVEN BETTER DEALS!

I`m removing my negative review from a couple years ago to give an update reflecting my recent experience with this company that I swore I`d never go back to. I shopped around for weeks and they gave me the best deal on my trade in. Had a bad experience previously with them, but everyone I dealt with then is gone now and the new team is fantastic! They`ll be my first stop for my next car. Thanks guys!

I was the guy that said EX NAVY NO GOOD. Well they have done a good job making wrong to right. I would say they did very well Dave, Joe and nice office lady. They have been working very hard to fix issues in the past that happened. That to me is very good saying "it was wrong". They work very hard to keep people wanting to come back. South County Auto Plaza Review.... problem

We have already put $1,000 DOLLARS down on a $15,500 car here. We live six hours away. We asked them to hold the car till the following weekend for us. They told us we would have to put ANOTHER $1,000.00 DOWN and the $2,000.00 dollars is ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE! Are you kidding me? We haven`t even driven the car!
